The customer service at Barnes and Noble is great! Every worker greeted me at one point and asked if I was looking for something specific. I explained the type of book I was looking for, and they found it. They also recommended another book from a different series, and I loved it! The store was easy to navigate, and they had small signs or cards in front of certain books with small tidbits of what the reader thought. I found it helpful, fun, and entertaining! I highly recommend this store for all of your reading needs!

Good evening I had a family member to go into your store in North Dartmouth and the associate that was working I believe her name is Jen had no knowledge of anything that I wanted and sent them on their way. And I had to call from out of state to your store and I spoke with a young lady named Monique I believe what excellent customer service and she was very knowledgeable very helpful I would give her 10 Stars if I could Jen was not helpful at all she wasn't knowledgeable at on anything that my family member asked her she just sent them on their way out of the store.

Was looking for some kind of Japanese Anime for a CHRISTMAS gift, had no idea what it was, the young lady behind the counter knew what I was looking for and had it in store. She made what I thought was going to be a nightmare a pleasant experience Thanks

Staff helpful pleasant to talk to. Always find a couple books to bring home within minutes. Displays well done.

Outstanding yearly Christmas with Santa story time. My first time and a beginning of many more. The staff is so professional and courteous and really interactive with the children. Truly Thankful to Barnes & Noble for what they do! Please bring your kids to this place a really family place.

They have a wide selection of books and magazines, plus they have table top RPG books for games like dungeons and dragons.
They also have a Good selection of Board games.

I go to Barnes and noble once a month and the people there are very nice and helpful they even order my books for me and they get delivered to home

Very helpful with books I was trying to find and such a good assortment of things wish they had coffee in this one though.

I was looking for a book on DIY solar + l.e.d. installations. Seems like 1/2 the store was cook books. Needs a coffee counter.

Always a great experience! They are always stocked with plenty to choose from. I did have a little disappointment finding out that the teacher program recently changed, but they offered the regular yearly subscription as a free alternative. The store always has plenty of books and products to choose from. My daughter's found the books that they wanted, we purchased and left. Easy and pleasant.

This is a small location for B&N, it’s meant solely for shopping. None of that is a bad thing, just used to these stores having a cafe and a space to sit and look at a book prior to purchase. It is very clean and well kept.

Love this store. I was able to order a book and check it out before accepting it . Anyway it took 4 days for the book to arrive at the store , I went and looked the book over before paying for it. Great service !

The staff here is second to none when it comes to loving reading and stories of all stripes! They're always quick a great recommendation and their love shines through everytime we go. I recommend the "Blind Date" with a book if you're feeling curious. Definitely a heartfelt safe space for LGBTQ+ readers! Hats off to the wonderful friends you'll make in person and in prose!

I have a Kindle but I still enjoy holdinwhig a book. I found two books that are by authors I enjoy. One in a clearance bin for five bucks! The person at the register was wonderful. Even though its part of a chain its a very nice book store. Shop there, book stores are disappearing 😟
Stopped in to burn some gift cards. Very busy which is nice to see. Lots of authors represented. Also a lot of Lego sets that I would have killed for as a kid. I reccomend.

Never disappointed when walking into this wonderful book store. Who doesn't like the smell of brand new books? We get a lot of books here for my wife who is a teacher, as well as books for our 3 boys. I also grab a few Star Wars books that are exclusive to B&N. It is also a great place to find that occasional Funko you can't find anywhere else. The staff has yet to disappoint, when you need someone to help you, they are always friendly and go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend location!

Really beautiful and amazing place to get books and toys. I was even surprised to learn that dogs are allowed inside. My dog is still young and quite energetic. So I'm gonna wait until she's older to let her enter this place. I even love how they organized all the books. It's really convenient and easy to find what book you want. I hope to go back there again.
