New Bedford Department of Public Infrastructure

I always dread having to deal with any sort of city / state calls when something goes wrong. HOWEVER, I called about some issues with our water bill today and spoke to a gentleman named Fred. Let me tell you about Fred, folks. Super super friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my billing situation. Spent a good 10 minutes explaining in detail how the city water billing and all the equipment works. When I go off the call I was not only relieved, but felt like an expert in water-related infrastructure. Thanks to Fred, I have faith my all my property tax dollars aren't going to waste. Thanks Fred.
