Jae's at the Hilton Garden Inn

The food is absolutely delicious! Great wine selections, nice decor, friendly staff, and very clean. Knowledgeable staff gave wonderful dinner recommendations. My kids actually ate all their food! I would take another trip just to eat here again. Love it!

Superb food, in a somewhat surprising location! We were all super impressed by how unbelievably good the quality, flavor, texture and sheer taste of the food was, specially considering the fact that this restaurant is within a hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). Do not hesitate even for a second - this is a must visit! The menu is practically “extremely” extensive - options ranging from Sushi, many Entrées, many Noodle options, and so on. This place has something for everyone. Every single one of us in my party had varying food choices/preferences and yet we were all super impressed and we all left happy and satisfied. The only comment, if any, would be that the seating situation could be better. I understand that it is a part of the hotel lobby, but still. Will be back here the next time that we visit Pittsfield/Lenox.

This restaurant was recommended to us by hotel staff ( no, not the Hilton where it is located).
The service was awesome, and their Singapore noodles were big hit. The fried rice with Teriyaki chicken was also very good.
We had beef dumplings as an appetizer and they were served hot and delicious. So much so that I didn't get a picture before we had finished them.
The atmosphere is lovely and our server was attentive and delightful.

My momma & I went for a late lunch/drinks and we were very very impressed. The food was tasty, beers cold, and the wait staff super attentive/friendly. The highlights of our meal were definitely the Jae’s Szechuan wings and the House Dragon Roll- both YUMM! Can’t wait to return.

Not easy to find. It's actually in the Hilton hotel. When you turn in off the street keep going up the hill and then turn to your left. This was the best chow fun my wife ever had. I had shrimp stir fry with vegetables, udon noodles and garlic scallion sauce. Perfect! Beautiful decor, good service. Had a double chocolate cheese cake for dessert. Very chocolatey.

New outdoor tented dining just completed under the stars , surrounded by the warm glow and heat of an outdoor fireplace..When traveling in Pittsfield and New Lenox, MA this is my preferred restaurant most convenient within the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.
I highly recommend to visit eat and enjoy. Check for half priced special in dining on Wednesdays and daily bar specials. A great medley of pan Asian dishes. Pictures of outdoor area only. Inside seating available.

My daughter goes to the college in Pittsfield and we visit very often so we can have dinner together, we tried few places and finally she found out about this restaurant and we have been coming here more often! The place is absolutely clean and service is great, good cocktails and food is just amazing! We always make the reservation as it’s always busy! Please try to get the Corner table by Buddha!

My go-to Asian fusion restaurant in the Berkshires! We have been coming here for a few years now since the restaurant was launched for birthdays and other occasions. I have never been disappointed with my experience here and have found the staff to be as charming as the food is enjoyable. Highly recommend the sushi rolls, curry bowls and noodle dishes!

The food is so delicious and the portions are huge!! I ordered beef lo mein and it was really good!! There was enough to eat for 3 meals. My husband got General Lees Chicken and it was also very good!! We were not disappointed!! We would definitely eat here again!!

It was really busy so my friend and I sat at the bar. We ordered some appetizers , sushi and drinks. Everything was really good and the prices were great too.

Absolutely delicious! Great food and service, the lamb chops were so good and the desert made us melt into the booth! I want to go back already.

I am for sure a customer that will come back and recommend this place to my friends. The place is nicely organized, live music, the people working here are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and two Sapporo beer, it was so delicious, I didn't leave anything on my plate. Great place to bring your date or your family.

We had a wonderful experience here with our very calm dog. We sat outside and the server was attentive to us. We ate the vegetarian dumplings and they were homemade. The chicken soup was very nourishing, next time I would get noodles. (I love noodles!) The main course we split was Pad See Ew! Yummy! Such a huge serving we took it home and ate it after the concert.
We had a really enjoyable experience at this restaurant. We appreciated that the owner came over to our table and struck up a very friendly conversation.

Diverse and interesting menu. Something for everyone. Lamb chops were superb and my sushi loving son was happy. Great find.

Absolutely delicious! We had the KFC, Kobe dumplings and Kobe burgers and fries and everything was incredible.

Love Jaes. If you're around for Wednesday afternoon early evenings take advantage of the half price sushi an light fare. I've never had a bad meal.

Whether you're a local new to the area or a visiting tourist or here for work it's a great place.

The entrees are equally delicious and bountiful. You don't go home hungry. That is for sure. I advise for you to get there early because it can definitely get busy.

Was at the Hilton Garden inn on business and to my delight we didn’t have to venture out to find and outstanding meal. Jae’s is definitely separate from the hotel but in the hotel. Beer on tap was mediocre but overall it’s a great place. I had an app and chicken pad Thai and portions were large and the food was tasty.

I ordered both the General Lee's chicken and the Singapore noodles. The general Lee's was okay, too much breading on the chicken for me personally. The Singapore noodles were fabulous, lots of veggies and the right amount of spice. The service was good and I was happy with the attentiveness of my waitress who checked in frequently, offered desert and drinks, and packed up my leftovers for me. I would go back and try their sushi and teriyaki.

Carly our server, amazing, knowledgeable 10 stars for her! The Manager Brian was a delight quick moving the flow of the very busy dining room while taking the time to check in on our experience. Got to meet Jae and shared my delight over his delicious food and wonderful staff. I cannot wait to go back! Calamari, stir fry, sushi, jaes low mein superb. Bravo
