This place has been the best dental office i’ve ever been to.. Very professional and on top of their stuff.. Dr. Patel did an amazing job! Highly recommend!!

This is by far the best dentist I've ever been to and I encourage others to give them a shot. You will not regret it. I broke a tooth and made an appt. They cleaned my teeth took x Ray's and made an assessment of what needed to be done. I went back the very next day and had 4 teeth pulled. The dentist did her very best to keep me pain free. And I'm hopeful in the next 6 weeks I'll have partials and a nice smile again. Thank you My dental staff you are truly amazing.

Let's start with ....I must admit that I was NOT looking forward to going to the dentist. Usually the xrays are uncomfortable, nevermind hating the noises and pain of someone scrapping away at my teeth. So I walk into my appointment , just a few minutes early, and it was a relief to be greeted by such kind, comforting staff. From the moment I walked into the warm inviting office.. until the moment I walked out ..I was 100% comfortable. They have every new piece of equipment to be sure that you are comfortable and in the least amount of pain as possible, it's pretty much pain free. The dentist did excellent work and was gentle THE ENTIRE time. My teeth were not in the greatest of shape so she was only able to complete one side, but the secretary conveniently scheduled me to visit just 2 days later. I am actually pretty excited to go back. Trust me, that's a first! I am beyond impressed. I am going to switch my kids dental care, and recommending everyone I know to My Dental Care . If I could rate them higher that 5 stars I would. I highly recommend checking their New Bedford location out!

I used to hate the dentist, but Dr. Patel and her staff are great! Everyone there is super friendly and made sure I knew what was going on at all time. I highly recommend paying them a visit, especially if you're a big baby like me!

Great customer service and friendly staff.. I went there as a walk-in patient. One of my back tooth was hurting badly. Dr.patel took care of it amazingly. She is very gentle. Overall i had a great experience.

Updating my review. Only because how insane past months have been with this place. I first see a doctor who was standing in for Dr Patel, he extracted two bad teeth and then I ended up in worse pain with infection and bone. Which he extracted a week or two after, I had to take antibiotics before and after, then my last bad tooth in left side got infected, did another round, couldn’t numb it when I went in, so did another round , number 4. The pharmacy warned me about it killing healthy bacteria, I was out of work for two days because the pain near end of round 4 and my stomach was killing me. They where able to extract a piece of bone that was left and after trying to numb my tooth , she missed and stopped trying after cracking tooth, referred me to oral surgeon who we have to call and if not on list then have to find ourselves . I found one but I thought I should share this. Now my tooth hurts and have to wait to see an oral surgeon now. I want to give benefit of doubt and maybe she knew she couldn’t do it. Which is fine but it felt rushed and I was confused leaving also aggravated. Never in my life and Iv had quite a lot of work done, unfortunately. They don’t care about how you are doing. The way she was shaking with that needle. They did so much with doing so little.
Never again.

The worst experience I have ever had. I went in for a simple filling replacement , and the dentist started telling me that I needed all this work. They look at your insurance coverage before they look in your mouth.
The temporary crowns she did fell out twice. After a route canal , and completion of my upper crown, I told her that I could no longer reach my gums with floss in that area. She ignored me. Since then I have had 3 abscesses requiring antibiotics in the same area. I have never had an abscess in my life. She tried to convince that the abscesses on my gum are sinus related. The office hours change randomly. Like today, Wednesday they are closed. I have left urgent messages . No one ever returns my call. I called with another abscess last week and again no one picked up. They had the gaul to call me the same day to remind me of an up coming appointment. When I complained about no one answering the phone earlier that day the receptionist asked "what time did I call"? I replied "during business hours". She made a partial and attached it to a tooth that she acknowledged was loose. The partial put excess pressure and I lost the tooth. My insurance won't cover another partial so I had to pay $650 out of pocket. This partial is barely a year old. Don't let this doctor near your mouth. I've had three dentists look at the root canal x-ray. Each claim this tooth will have to be removed also. The first thing they ask is"who did this work" This dentist is a hack who has no control over her own office.

Good professional stuff but the Indian doctor who is a woman doesn't know what she is doing. She took an extra amount of money beside our insurance from us but the tooth looks like something extra in the mouth, she didn't even fix it saying thats all she can do. There are better ways to waste your money than fixing your tooth in my dental.
