There are plenty of Real Estate Schools out there, but you would be doing yourself a disservice if you chose an education in this industry anywhere other than Rosewood Real Estate School. They came highly recommended to me by a close friend who had purchased her first home with one of Rosewoods realtors. The pricing of the class is one of the lowest costs I could find, with books, copies of PowerPoints, test application, all included. The instructor, Eric, really does a tremendous job with teaching the material, using many of his own personal experiences to back up the information we are learning to drive the points home. The class is a great resource for those who want to learn more about buying and selling homes, even if you do not want to pursue becoming an agent, this class is worth it just for the knowledge of how everything works. This session structure was two four-hour sessions per week, and those 4 hours flew buy. Our class was very interactive, lots of people asking questions and Eric was always happy to answer to the best of his knowledge and experience. For those wanting to learn about this industry or prepare to become an agent, this is THE right place to go. Thank you, Eric, for such a great experience!
