I have learned so much from Steve just by watching his excellent YouTube channel. He is very knowledgeable and great personality. Let’s not forget my family loves his dog also that he shows on YouTube. Anyone that has Steve as a plumber is very lucky to have a guy that probably has everything he needs in his truck for repairs and service. I just had to come on here and thank Steve for looking forward to more great videos. Merry Christmas and happy Holidays to Steve and everyone that reads this.

Could not be more pleased nor more grateful to Steve for his work today in fixing a 27 year old hydro heating system that no other plumber would touch. Called him yesterday and he came by this morning as promised and quickly figured out the problem. Never complained as I led him down into a crawlspace that pretty much required crawling to the heating system. Determined it was a dead motor operating the fan, left to buy a new one at his supply store, and installed it. The heat is back on and I want to canonize the guy. Honest, professional, reasonable and personable. Thank you Steve.

Steven is a fair-minded HVAC and plumbing master licensed professional who has the interests of his customers in mind. He will not perform unnecessary repairs unless specifically requested by the customer. He gives detailed explanations for his reasoning. He works for time and materials, which results in the lowest cost and best value for customers. Because of the tremendous liability involved, he will not repair old or damaged equipment that cannot be fixed. He generally avoids quotes because he has to give them for worst-case scenarios in order to protect his business. So, because of that, the quotes he does give, end up costing his customers more than simple time-and-materials billing would. Phone calls are normally returned after working hours only or between smaller jobs, simply because the volume of calls would keep him from finishing important jobs during working hours. Highly recommend his services.

Long time professional plumbing company. The man most definitely knows plumbing. No short cuts, the job was done correctly. But no forced add on services. He does what’s required to correct the problem. Cleans up the mess when finished a big plus!

Never done business with him since he’s lives in a completely different region of the U.S. than where I live, however his YouTube channel is phenomenal. Super impressed with Lavimoniere Plumbing Heating & Air. My boiler stopped working suddenly and I called Mr. Lavimoniere to see if he was able to come by to see if I needed to replace it, which I was dreading having to do. He was at my house within 45 minutes and was completely honest with his recommendations and said that he could fix it. He called around to a couple of stores to locate a particular part for my boiler, which he ended up not needing. He just had to replace a spark controller and changed the corroded ground wire connector. He said that he would return the other part and I was so thankful for his honesty - he could have gone ahead and replaced the other part, even though I didn't need it. He explained everything thoroughly as he did his work and it was wonderful to finally get my heat back on. It is truly refreshing to deal with an honest person who doesn't try to sell you more than you need. Plus he was super reasonable with his labor costs. I no longer have to search for the perfect plumber - I will definitely be calling Mr. Lavimoniere should the need arise.

I don't personally know Steven, nor have I ever hired him for work..I live in WA; however I have spend countless hours watching his Youtube channel and have found his assessment and work to be rather entertaining. I especially like his honest assessment of situations and his willingness to chat with his customers. My opinion from across the country is that I would hire Steve in a heartbeat and probably be very happy with his work!!

I wish this guy was in my area! I have never had him work in my house but his YouTube videos speak for themselves! He’s very smart and honest with his customers, he has a great sense of humor 😄 I’ve watched his YouTube videos for about 6 years now. I honestly wouldn’t write this review if I hadn’t consistently been watching his videos! No rip offs with this guy. Our family has called on Steve for years. He is always honest and doesn't rush out before checking his work. Last weekend our furnace started making loud noises and we immediately called Steve. He was able to get us a new fan motor installed the same day so we could get our heat back on.

Steve did a great job fixing my boiler, when it decided to fail me. He knew what to do when he arrived and my boiler was working after he worked his magic to fix it. I will definitely consider him for future plumbing work. Steve also answered all of my questions and concerns with my (baseboard gas heat) boiler.

Our heating system was blowing cold air and we couldnt figure out was wrong. We went a week with no heat and of course it was during the coldest days of winter. It was hard to get a repair person to even call us back and the one i did get a hold of ripped us off and still hasn't refunded our money. Then we found Lavimoniere Plumbing and I'm so thankful we did. He came the same day we got in touch with him. Very reasonably priced and he was very knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend. You won't regret it. You want someone who's honest and knows what their doing and he's the guy.

I've used Steve off and on for several years. From boiler work to appliance hookups and drain repairs. Great guy. Knows what he's doing and charges by time and materials. This to me is the most fair way for both parties.
