Mike just came and fixed my furnace. It’s a Sunday morning. He returned my call two minutes after I left a voicemail and was at my house in five minutes!
Have always had prompt, excellent work from Proline. Have used them at home and work for years now. Highly recommend.

Have been a customer of Proline Plumbing for several years now. There are good reasons why I continue my relationship with them. They return my calls; they arrive when they say they will; they do the work they say they will do; and, they do it all at a very reasonable price. They are no less than TERRIFIC to deal with!

Just had our heating system fixed with this company, and it was our first time using them. It's a high efficiency triangular tube gas boiler about 6 years old, and it recently started to act up. Being it can get a bit tricky, we were very grateful to find this company. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and knew how to approach our situation, explaining every step. Mike was also very responsive and communicative, which helps so much when you run into not having heat! Carlos came out to the house to diagnose and repair, and he really knows his craft. Carlos knew just what to fix, and explained the situation. The honesty, quality, punctuality, and responsiveness were all excellent. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

I’ve used Proline a ton of times over the years and always praise them! Today, I came home to water leaking in my basement from my furnace and called up Mike. He called me back in under 10 minutes and had someone there to fix everything in under 30 minutes! Mind blown! But that’s the type of service Mike always aims to provide and is the reason why I trust them with my needs! 100% recommend Proline and will continue to call them back for services, big or small!

So I had Mike with Proline do some plumbing work for me last year. They did an awesome job very quickly and professionally. We discovered a leak in the downstairs shower the other day, so I reached out again. Mike quickly called me back and listened to my issue. He asked if I could send him a picture of the leak, and when I did, he informed me that it was a simple loose shower arm that I was able to tighten myself. Wow, what awesome service. I highly recommend and respect Proline, and they have definitely earned my trust.

We had an issue with our water heater. We called and spoke with Mike who had his guys out here within 15 minutes. Turns out we needed a new water heater. They came back and installed the water heater and also helped us hook up a new gas stove. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Proline. We were a first time customer and they treated us as though we’ve been doing business with them for years. They went above and beyond to help us out and I am so appreciative of that. The level of respect, professionalism and honesty not only from the owner Mike but also from his guys that came out (I don’t know their names) is amazing. Thank you all for such an amazing experience. We will definitely contact them for any further needs and will recommend them to any one who needs their services.

This is my first Google review - ever. Service was so unbelievably good I had to submit a review. Not only did they (Mike, the owner) respond quickly (never called them before - others didn't call back at all), but he was very friendly and scheduled someone to come the same day. Eddie (and helper Rocco) actually came early. They were obviously extremely competent and fixed all of my issues lickety-split. Totally professional outfit. Would highly recommend them. But please don't call them -- I want them to be available next time I need them.

I can't praise this company enough for how professional, fast and helpful they are! I had an issue with my well pump that another company said would cost over $2000. Mike sent someone out that repaired it completely and efficiently for under $400. Not only that, if I have an issue that they don't work on, Mike gives me recommendations of local companies that are decent and honest. As a single woman I am certainly SOOOO appreciative of that. Wish them every success!

Call on a Sunday for a leak with my heating system. Mike called a couple of hours later and had his crew at my house the next day. They were quick and professional with no more issues. Thank you!

I gave Proline Plumbing & Heating a call and left a message. Within an hour Mike called me back and we discussed my cracked shower. Rather than trying to get me to replace my entire shower Mike identified the problem and helped me figure out the easiest pathway to repair the problem. This man is an absolute professional looking to best advise his clients.

We had them come to our house on 3 different occasions for various projects. Mike is great and scheduled us for the very next morning. Carlos was on time and did a great job! I highly recommend them.

We had the entire plumbing and heating systems in a 95 year old house in Fairhaven;; including a new relocated kitchen and two new baths, washer and gas dryer ,etc.. . Mike and Mark could not have done a better job and at a very fair price.

They worked with the carpenter and electrician seamlessly. The rough work and finish work were timed perfectly.

The house was built imperfectly 95 years ago, but Mark worked around to get everything level. Great work. We couldn't be more pleased!!

Mike and everyone at Proline is great! They always get back to you and are quick to get the job done. Great to know there is a local plumber who's available when needed.
