Savers

I go to many of the different locations and this is by FAR my favorite one! Clean, neat, staff is always friendly. The selection is really good, lots of nice gently worn clothes and a lot to pick from. I find the prices are the best especially for kids clothing out of the ones I go to.

Love this store so much. I went to get my daughter a Halloween costume and ended up getting both daughters costumes because how can you beat the price! I admit I did get lost in the book section for quite a while. Great selection of books one of the best places in fall river out side of the public library that you can get such sizeable selection of books and as always you just can't beat the price of thing. I went for one costume and left with a bag to heavy to carry ! Great place, love it!

Full of vintage finds! It's clean and well organized in here. The staff is hit or miss - some are very helpful and approachable. Others are your typical east coaster - cold, rude, ungrateful and abrasive.

A couple of them are Danish mid century modern, another is a retro piece by Lane. The fourth, I couldn't find a makers mark and the quality was poor so I didn't bring it home. Left the Lane behind too.

The Danish Mersman pieces came home with me though!

Great store to find some great deals. Never had a problem with staff…some of the clientele are a little out there but thats to be expected in Fall River at any store.

This is the best Savers that I’ve been to. Always a good selection of mens tshirts and furniture. Also got a pretty sweet Hawaiian shirt there. And always come out with a tchotchke that I don’t need. Did I need that weird piggy bank? No. But am I better person for having it? Yes.

This was the first time a this store,and I found something I was looking for forever!!!!!! This beautiful ice bucket. For 10 dollars!

Friendly workers and a good place find bargains.

I went there to Buy Lamps and ask what they take for Donations. The Lamp Prices were about $7. They have Self Checkout there Now and Have Rewards Program. Worker there helped me Sign up for the Rewards Program. They have Workers there to help people with the Self Checkout.They are very Friendly.

I came in yesterday a lovely girl named Julia helped me pick out an outfit! Definitely will go back. #Livinlifebythebook

Great place to find something cheap and quick

I went into the store looking for a rocker. I found a clean Canadian rocker for 12.99. I asked for help and Jamal came out. Friendly smiling and he gave me the slip. Next I go to Chrissy the cashier, fun and made me laugh. Onto the pick up area. I met Chris. He told me he couldn’t put the rocker in my little Corolla but he told me how to turn to get it in. Thank you that helped a lot. Please tell you workers what a great experience I had meeting them all. The rocker is awesome!

This place saved me when I transitioned I got all my women's wardrobe here mostly and still I'm going there I usually always find things that I need and they're very very cheap I can afford
And if you look real careful the clothes that you some of the clothes that I've gotten in there like the coats I've gotten real wool pea coats in there for like $13 you can't find real wool

I know a lot of people that they're they're so worried about what people say if they're seen in there they don't need to be there anyway cuz they got money they can go to get brand name clothes I I am different I don't have that kind of money to play around getting a brand new clothes for no good reason paying $40 for a top or $300 for a coat I don't have that kind of cash but when I had to start wearing women's clothes this place saved me cuz I would have definitely been broke if I tried this at brand name stores now if you got Large size feet you're not going to find women shoes that size 11 in there if you do well you're lucky I get much I have to get my shoes elsewhere but even the shoes don't cost that much on Amazon because they have my sizes and they have a wide selection so I can get them but I wouldn't buy shoes from savers anyway you people can if you can fit in them I can't

I love shopping at savers and I love to give back and the employees are wonderful and caring there my family I lost my mom she passed away Saturday January 21 2023 and let me tell you there were there for me and caring person I love to do something for the employees thank you everyone for caring Anne marie deamaral

A great place to get a great bargain on new things barely use things I'm surprised the quality of some of the stuff you never know what you're going to find in there always find something so I suggest you people save a few bucks and go to savers and you can also donate and get discounts for doing so.

Book prices are normally good but on days like today (May 23) when they are 50% off (on rare occasion they are even $1 each) I can't resist adding to my voluminous collection that I won't live long enough to finish. And you never know what you'll find.
Update: 11/2020 I don't know who stocks the book department but, having been to all the locations within at least 30 miles in RI and Ma., the Fall River location is by far the worst with respect to badly classifying titles. I spend so much time taking easily identifiable Fiction titles from the non-fiction aisle and bringing them one or two aisles over to the various fiction sections and vice versa. Today and in each of my previous 3 trips I've transported over a dozen (at which point I stopped looking).
It may not seem like a big deal to those who aren't readers but when you are it's very frustrating. Nevermind separating into the various front shelf categories like history, biography, humor...etc. I can deal with that though the other locations seem to handle that well too.

Good prices on items, I wish the men's jeans were a little bit cheaper but, now a days what is? I will go back for sure.

What can I say, I love a good thrift shop and Savers is one of the better ones around. I mostly go for books for my daughter but have also found some deals for myself among the typical bric-a-brac, pots and pans and clothing. Prices are average (and not always bargains) so as usual it pays to know the value of the item you're thinking of purchasing before thinking you've found a good deal that turns out to be just so-so.

I just called this location to see if they had any fake knife props for halloween in stock Because I’m having trouble finding any in store and I spoke with a man who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful He went and looked on the shelves and found they had only one left in stock And he asked for my phone number because he wanted to send me a picture of what they had so I didn’t need to waste my time going there if it wasn’t the correct thing, As it turns out it was not the right one So I am still on the hunt however this man saved me a trip down there and also was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me and that is rare to find in customer service nowadays.
