Came in with my return at end of business and the gentleman closing up shop helped us do the drop box return...very helpful should be given a raise and a promotion..very different story from what we received at the uhaul on New State Highway in Taunton....

Online reservation went smoothly. Plenty of communication via text and email prior to reservation date. Customer service at this location is top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the location is so large and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great service at this one. Was able to reserve a trailer and pick it up in a half hour. Brand new equipment and the girl attached and tested all connections thoroughly. A++

I didn't even know they had another U-Haul in the North end, but it's nice and big and clean. The parking lot is big and wide open. They have a big storage unit here too. Definitely a good addition to the city
