The best customer experience I've ever had. From there huge selection of tuxedos,suits,sport coats,ties....etc to there amazing customer service! This business is too notch! The deliver great products and service at a great price! I went in looking to purchase a tuxedo, and the gentleman assisting me(Armand)took me through every step of the way finding me the best sizes for me and pining it for hemming. My husband went to Mainstreet Formals in Acushnet, MA for his wedding suit. They were extremely helpful and were able to help with a decent size bridal party. Our sales associates were very helpful and pretty quick for the appointments! They also had such a large color assortment that they were able to match our colors from a separate retailer without any issues. Definitely an easy process with no hiccups!

I came here to get tux for my prom three days before my prom... I know last minute. But the service was great, the price for the rental wasn't bad, and the atmosphere for the shop is phenomenal. I would recommend for anyone who needs a suit and am grateful for their services.

Main Street formals is absolutely the best place in the area to go for your formal wear and your fancy looks! My husband and I got our tuxedos here for our wedding in 2019 and just recently came back for a suit jacket for one of my lectures I was presenting. I can’t thank Robert enough. Robert is the owner. I had a tux from a big franchise company. The company continued to mess up my order. I called Robert randomly 4 days before my wedding. Robert went above and beyond my expectations. I not only received a better quality tux, Robert made sure I left with it in the same hour he fitted me. I had an amazing experience at Main Street Formals today. Went in to get fitted for a friends wedding and ended up buying a suit as well. I love the look and feel of the store inside. The selection is top notch. I could not be more impressed with the help that Rob provided. So much so that this will 100% be my go-to place from now on. He was very helpful and friendly but also right to the point. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to dressing up. We had a fantastic experience renting tuxes for our wedding from Main Street Formals. From our initial consultation to all of the guys picking up their tuxes the day before the wedding, everything went flawlessly and the guys looked amazing! We rented their entire outfits here, right down to the shoes, and everything was very high quality and well-priced.
