I love going to Uniq. Friendly fun staff, highly knowledgeable, always ready to help you find anything you need. The store is full of amazing treasures, and they’re open til 9 most days making it a very convenient place to shop. The Pittsfield store is really nice too, I just don’t go as often. Glad to have this resource available in the Berkshires!

Awesome smoke shop with an emphasis on vape and dab products, along with all of the traditional smoke paraphernalia. Love the vibe here and you will love the vast assortment of one-of-a-kind, hand-blown glass pieces! The only drawback is they don't sell THC vape cartridges.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining many different options with traditional water pipes and newer dab rigs,gravity bongs and electric devices.

My husband and I came into the lanesboro location today and the guy there (I can't remember his name) was super nice and helpful. He walked thru the whole store and explained a whole bunch of stuff lol. Seriously tho he was super friendly and helpful 👍😁 great job! Keep it up ❤

I love this place. It's literally got EVERYTHING I could possibly want plus stuff I didn't even realize I needed in my life. Staff are friendly and helpful the entire time you're there.

What a big surprise - been driving by for so long... The selection of glassware etc is overwhelming. Some might say things are overpriced but I disagree. Where else are you going to find such a selection, such quality, such expert help, *just* the thing you were looking for and right now? They stock legal THC edibles where the Delta 9 THC (the one you like) is derived from hemp and concentrated, thus not regulated or taxed like a dispensary. They stock some other legal substances including the dubious Kratom.

Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. No one tries to upsell you, just give you advice so you can make the best decision. Lanesborough is my favorite location but all locations are pretty rad. Great prices as well.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive and the selection of juices is pretty amazing. I got a voopoo too here a couple of months ago and have been getting coils and juice ever since. Will definitely purchase here again. Go see Tim and tell him I sent you.

I was driving from eastern MA to VT and just happened upon this shop and I was very pleased! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and nice! I've been looking for a very specific vape juice for a while now (granola) and haven't been able to find it anywhere, but the guy there knew exactly what I was looking for and pointed me towards a different flavor that tastes the exact same. I was hesitant to try a new brand because I've been disappointed in the past when I branch out, but he assured me it'd be delish, and it turned out to be phen-nom-nom-nomenal 😋. They have a wide variety of flavors, and a lot of high quality brands. I wound up spending more than I meant to but I don't regret it lol😆. I'll def be swinging by on my next trip out that way!
