Finally found my new home for haircuts and makeup consultations! Kylee was so helpful and informative with helping me pick out my foundation shade/type yesterday. New confidence in makeup artistry acquired!

I went into this Ulta needing help with getting the right shade of foundation and how to properly apply a full make. Miranda helped me find the right foundation, and also helped me pick out a great primer and concealer. Miranda answered all my questions and made me feel heard. I thank her so much and felt beautiful for my evening out ❤

Went in today and had the great pleasure to have Morgan help me. She is so sweet and helpful. Definitely a plus to Ulta.

I stopped in tonight trying to find a new perfume, was greeted by an employee who asked what I was looking for. she went above and beyond and even called another employee over to help me find a perfume similar to what I liked (mine had been discontinued and I couldn't find one like it anywhere) I was so pleased with their customer service! Went in for a yearly cut/style. Went with a vibrant blue for Juvenile Diabetes Awareness Month. Marissa went above and beyond to do what I could only envision. Great environment with the girls, friendly, clean store. Great visit.

Very nice friendly store in Pittsfield, MA. First time for me shopping for my granddaughter. Comfortable service. Bought gift card for Christmas present. I will shop there again!

I was scared to get my eyebrows done after some negative past experiences, but the lady at the brow bar, Kim, was absolutely fantastic. She was understanding and listened to what I wanted. She has excellent expertise and did a fantastic job evening out my brows. Thank you for such a positive experience!

The store was well organized and the staff was very helpful. I wish I got the woman's name who helped me but I was looking for lip colors and by the time I left her arm was full of tester colors. She was pleasant, patient and helpful. If I'm in the area again and I need makeup I'll definitely stop by.

I always have a great experience when I shop here. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and insightful when I ask questions on palettes or need suggestions on skin care products (I’m super allergic to common ingredients so I always need help finding something I can use). The store is clean, organized, and well stocked.

I love Ulta, there are a few of my favorite workers there who always say hi when I go in and if they aren't around all I have to do is ask someone for help and they're always glad to answer my questions. Yes employees should ask you if you need help but if they don't you can always ask someone instead of getting upset over it. A lot of people know what they want and don't like to be bothered when they're shopping. I've encountered a few employees that just radiate a bad or condescending attitude towards me but the girls that I talk to regularly more than make up for the very few bad experiences I've had. I love shopping at our Ulta here in Pittsfield.

So glad that we have an Ulta, and have been very happy with their recent upgrade in new lines and products!! I find their staff knowledgeable, friendly and polite. If I can't find the specific product that I am looking for they are always willing to help!

Great place, kind people and staff make this an experience of the retro arcade one of a kind. They have tons of different things happening throughout the entire week. And a wonderful selection of food, drink (the adult kind too), and games... This place is just one of those must GO and must PLAY and must EAT :) PLUR

I use the salon there to get facials. The experience is great, so calming. Ulta has anything you could ever need. I go there twice a month if not more.

Ulta is great store to start with the rewards program is so much better than any other beauty store and not to mention they have drug store and department store products in one place. It makes my life easier and cheaper.

I am a typical man and know nothing about beauty products, and the first time I walked in that store it was so easy to find anything.
On top of the amazing layout of the store they also have one of the area's best stylists as their new salon manager, which completes this incredible full service beauty store!

Jess is absolutely amazing! She has done my hair several times, and I am never disappointed. She is a true professional and an asset to the salon.

I always find what I need (more than what I need) and staff is always helpful in answering questions for me. Good for higher end makeup, but there are also great deals on drug store makeup too
