Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Gilbert and David were fantastic. Gilbert was very patient while explaining everything that had to be done. They were both very professional and left my bathroom very clean after they finished their work. I would recommend Roto-Rooter again in a heartbeat, particularly Gilbert and David. Thank you!

We had a clogged toilet for the better part of the day. No amount of plunging seemed to have any effect and the liquid clog fluid didn't do anything. We called our plumber but they were closed. Called Roto-Rooter and they sent out Ron in a couple of hours. He surveyed the situation, got the auger out of his truck and the clog was gone in minutes. He did a great job!! He was quite personable and easy going. Knew his job very well.

We called roto rooter at about 6pm this evening and Gilbert arrived in under an hour. He was very kind and informative. Gave me a crash course in drain clogs, and some preventative maintenance guidance and recommendations. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and got to work. His experience was very apparent as he was going about his work. Goes without saying the clog was removed and my family and I are back up and running thanks to Gilbert's expertise. On a personal note, Gilbert was one of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I would recommend to anyone with a tough clog to not risk damaging anything and just call Gilbert to take care of it safely and professionally. In a world where customer service is going down the tubes, I was blown away at the high level of service we experienced with Gilbert. Thank you!

They were very quick to respond and were able to send out a service guy right away and provided excellent and fast service. Their Service Tech, was great! He took the time to explain everything to me; was very professional!

I had drains backing up in my basement. I made the call and the technician arrived quickly. He let me know the cost before starting and quickly went to work. The lines were cleaned out and we checked the septic which turned out to be the issue even though it had been pumped by a different company last July. Ronnie was very professional and personable.

Had a real time sensitive emergency to prevent sewage from coming up through our drains. They arrived earlier than originally anticipated and fixed the problem (including some creative problem solving with our old building plumbing). And they left every thing as clean as it was when they arrived!

Gilbert is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and talented plumber and quickly diagnosed and fixed our serious plumbing problem tonight after hours, thus saving our family from having to go to a hotel overnight. Joe came and helped us during an emergency when our basement was flooded with sewage. He was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and was a great help to us. He coordinated other services for us, including a camera man to take pictures of the broken pipe for our claim. And he also contacted a cleaning crew through roto-routers. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. The technician was very professional and kind. I was having trouble with my debit card and he was very patient while I talked to the credit card company. I will call them again for any problems I may have in the future. Thanks again.

If only I could give Gilbert 6 stars here. Also pleased with the help and how his manager Teresa handled my call back after a disappointing first visit.

I will be requesting Gilbert in the future. He gave me a great run down of the plumbing situation, unclogged the drain, retested and informed me of preventative actions to take. He did this all with a smile and was super pleasant to be around. I am now a Roto and Gilbert fan.

I would give Ron 10 stars if I could. Cannot say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond and fixed our sump pump the night before a big storm, even working late into the night! This is who you want for any of your repair needs!!

I called Roto-Rooter at 7:30am on a Saterdsy morning and they had tech at my house by 9:00am to unglog the shower drain.
Gilbert was very professional and was able to unclog the drain quickly .
He was very knowledgeable and explained what we should do to prevent the issue from happening again.
He cleaned up the work area and left us with clean and properly working shower.

I called Roto Rooter on a Saturday with a terribly clogged kitchen sink. I had tried myself to clear it but to no avail. Called RotoRooter on a Saturday and they sent Devin in 15 mins! I was lucky he was in the area. Devin was awesome. Told me upfront that to clear the clog with a machine that uses a "snake" type cable would cost $600! Now, that's my only complaint... that it was soo expensive. But one should expect this when calling on a weekend and in an emergency situation. Devin, the tech, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Besides having to bite the bullet on cost, I think RotoRooter did a great job.

We had a series of roots that had been steadily growing into our sewage pipes and that suddenly resulted in a total blockage - nothing would drain out of our house and filthy water was all over our basement. The folks at RR were top notch. They arrived within the hour on a Sunday when the temperature was in the twenties and immediately diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to “jet” out the roots. Big thanks to the whole team - Devin, Michael, Tony and Stu with a special shout out to Stu for working late into the evening to blast out those roots.

Arrived in 1 hour on a Sunday, worked a difficult long drain with a heavy machine up 3 stories. Excellent work from a very talented and personable person. Thank you!
