Stopped by after christmas shopping to celebrate 6 years clean from drugs! Usually come here yearly after xmas shopping. I ordered a medium well steak and it came medium rare which I couldn't even bite into. I felt horrible complaining, but the waiter was absolutely wonderful and took my plate and brought me an entire new one with a much better steak that was cooked to my liking. The alcoholic drink I ordered was very strong, I was impressed! All in all great service and food!

This particular Applebee's did an amazing job of handling our larger group. We had 6 kids and 2 adults. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

This place was great. Excellent food at a good price, . The waitress was great. I felt kinda bad cause I think she was offended when I complemented her tattoos. I am gonna chalk it up to Covid as my mask might have made her misunderstand me. Either way I am sorry. She was still great. Deserves a raise.

Love the crispy oriental chicken salad...once in awhile the bourbon St steak and sometimes a cheeseburger with fries. I really don't recall ever having a bad meal there!

went out with the family tonight for dinner at out local Applebee's, the service was good, food and drink. When we ordered desert was told it was the blue ribbon brownie that came with 2scoops of ice cream, however the bag that had our deserts was tied. When I came home to get out the desert we noticed that each order only had one scoop, also was over charged for a drink that was listed on the web site for one price only to find out that I paid more. Not happy with the post service here at Applebee's.

Started with Applebees down in Brooklyn N.Y. years ago would go with my little grand kiddies at Atlantic Mall we would shop then go and eat. Was so much fun. now they'er teenagers im up here in my fab town of Pittsfield ma., when I first moved here 6 years ago redoing my home no kitchen so went to Applebees good food and good price recommend

Our waitress was Kate. 10 out of 10 for service. She didn't hover, but was still attentive. Our drinks were never empty, she was funny, charming, and made the overall experience perfect. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. If I had anything negative to say, it would be the host. He had his back to the door and didn't even see us for several minutes while he gossiped with another staff member. Still 5 stars for the restaurant and a 10/10 for the service.

We love Applebee's in Pittsfield MA! We have been going there for years and never had a bad meal. The staff is always friendly and wants to make sure everything is right. I can't recommend this place enough.

The food is amazingly delicious and so is the serves 10/10 will recommend Apple Bees!

Went there for dinner, food was great and waitress was a pleasure to have. I also forgot my wallet In the booth and called the following morning and they had it safe n sound, which was great news cuz some places it wouldn't have been recovered, but the staff were on it and very pleasant, I am very thankful for the staff. ❤🙌👏

Really enjoyed the food and drinks it can get packed and busy though call ahead make a reservation

I stop here for dinner alone usually every other week. I've never had to wait for seating, and am always accommodated (can't sit at a high top table - knee/back issues). The staff are friendly, efficient, and attentive, and the consistently good.

The rubs rack was great , and the broccoli was the best tasting mist flavorful I have ever eaten. The manager Becky is always so welcoming and pleasant.

I always love this chain. They have vegetarian and vegan options. It's fun to play trivia there too!

Was probably the best chicken and shrimp for 2/27 I have ever had here. Often the chicken has been dry but not this time. The service and friendly waitress was a definite plus. Not to mention the regular glass of cab that was filled to the rim of the glass. Definitely pleased.
