Pima medical institute’s respiratory therapy program has an outstanding reputation. As a previous student doing clinical rotations at various hospitals, I always heard positive things about the program itself and the competent students who graduated from PMI. The program is fast-paced and thorough, the teachers push the students to critically think, also offering various hands-on opportunities to learn. This better prepares the students for a career in various hospitals & long term facilities.

To Mrs Ali Settles, who has been amazing and great instructor. Inspired us to be prudent and amazing nursing. I owe so much to you and thank you for always being there for students when we are at our lowest.

I have been a student here for over a year and have really enjoyed the experience! It is very student oriented and wants you to succeed! Admissions reps are 10/10 the best guys to get you started on your journey! Be sure to crack a joke with Raman before you start your wonderlic!

Your passion and dedication is beyond words! Thank you for the challenging and successful 2 years in RAD program. I had the best learning experience, a safe environment and a successful outcome with the expertise of Pima's amazing staffs and faculties; Michael Hawkes, Mike Zurek, Venita, Ms. Darla, Connie, Monique, and Mallorie. The admissions process was amazing! The councilors were so nice and informative. They made sure I was on track with everything that I had to do to get into the Nursing program and everything that I needed. The tests are hard but as long as you study you will pass first try! Since being in the program the teachers are so nice and helpful. It is on the more expensive end but it gets you your degree super fast and everything is nursing specific so it will help you in the long run. I definitely recommend this school!

The amount of support I’ve received so far from my initial inquiry, to meeting with admissions and financial services to orientation has been outstanding. They not only say that they’re here for you, they show you time and time again.

Nothing but great things to say! Wonderful staff, the nursing admission director Brian is wonderful and very helpful! Mallorie Paz, the student finance officer is amazing. She’s helpful, patient, kind, I could go on and on! She definitely made me feel like Pima was the right place for me!

My experience at Pima has been nothing short of awesome. The enrollment team was excellent communication. The instructors have been extremely supportive. I highly recommend the Pharmacy Technician program. The instructor, Mr. Cooper, keeps class extremely informative but also fun! Which makes coming to class every day even easier.

Choosing Pima Medical Institute and their Respiratory Therapy program was one of the best decisions my family and I have made. The program was very thorough and straightforward in the teachings. The thing I enjoyed the most was the constant engagement you were able to have with the instructors. Everyone is very open and willing to help in any situation whether it was school related or just life in general. The PD is amazing and she will do everything in her power to make sure you are not only a successful graduate but you are a successful RRT for many years to come. After completing the Respiratory program I passed my boards and I was offered multiple jobs on many different levels.

Pima is a great program! I am currently enrolled with the respiratory therapist program and it’s been an amazing journey. I’ve had my struggles passing some of the classes but all of my instructors have been there to offer me help every step of the way. They make such a fun and active learning environment that you just can’t wait to get back in class the next day to see what you get to learn next!

As a graduate of Pima’s Respiratory Therapy program I can say for the most part it is great. After finishing the program I felt prepared to take my boards and got hired shortly after. The classes are fast paced but the instructors are easy to get a hold of, benefits of small classes. I’m especially thankful for Crystal and Karel for making the material easy to understand and remember!

Just had my first day in the Nursing program, all of the staff is very welcoming and patient with new students. Marcel really stood out to me with his positive attitude and ability to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

I really love the way this school goes through every step to teach! Uniforms, great instructors, great directors! Communication individually. The programs they offer are able to fit anybody’s needs and dreams! I am glad I made the choice to enroll! Enrolling is made easy, they help the whole way through!

I am starting my nursing program 8/31/2022 and I am beyond excited! The staff have been a major help through everything! I absolutely appreciate Mallorie Paz in financial aid! She is extremely helpful and has helped me through the process of starting school and correctly directing me through the finances.

I went here for Respiratory therapy school! The instructors at this program were fantastic! Not only were they awesome when it came to teaching, they keep in touch after you graduate. School can be daunting sometimes, but knowing that the instructors truly care about your career path makes Pima Respiratory Therapy school a clear favorite.

I attended Pima Medical Institute as part of the Respiratory Therapy program. Best decision I have ever made! The education was exceptional and put me right where I needed to be to pass my board exams and land my dream job! I’ll always be thankful to the staff and instructors at PMI.

I am a PTA student and I want to mention that our instructors are the best. I never had such great teachers. Very dedicated, always here to help. Great teachers make this program really fun and easy to go through.

I absolutely love the RT program here, the instructors are probably the best I have ever had. They have super high standards, but they also help you reach those high standards. The school is a bit pricey, but you get helpful instructors, with real experience, and who are ready to assist you whenever you need it. Plus, the hands on experience in class is a huge benefit. The only two downsides is not the program itself, but the food and beverage options in the school “cafe”, and the uniforms. For the price of the program, the uniforms are very stiff, and definitely nothing close to decent quality. So, if your enrolling, make sure to put some $$ aside to buy comfortable scrubs that actually fit you. As for the cafe, it would be great to have a real coffee machine (not instant coffee), so we don’t have the need to go off campus for caffeine. Overall though, I love my program, the instructors, and the new career PIMA is helping me prepare for. I definitely would recommend PIMA to anyone who wants to actually start a new medical career!

I was apart of PMI's respiratory therapy program a few cohorts ago. I wish I made the decision sooner. I got the tools I needed to be successful in post grad practices and I was set up for success from the first semester. My teachers were all outstanding, went the extra mile for our learning, and were ALWAYS approachable for questions or assistance. I loved that the program had a lot of hands on learning which helped with clinical rotations. Crystal and the respiratory staff are amazing!

I’m in RT program. PIMA is really a great school with even great teachers. They set high expectations, high standards to us students but that’s gonna prepare us more for the future. Thriving 💪 I finished my bachelors in other country, but I don’t mind having to go through this again. Met new friends, and Everyday we learn new things! 100% RECOMMEND
