Circle K

Love the employees here. Very sweet and very cordial. Know me by name. Very busy in the morning obviously but they have self check out. Sometimes known to be completely out of gas for days on end though but I don't think that's their fault per day. There is a bit of homeless pan handlers outside, especially towards the afternoon and evening but that's to be expected. Wish it was still a Pokemon gym...

This Circle K should be an example for all the others in this area of town. Whoever is managing the store, especially mornings, is doing a great job. Other Circle K's are short staffed, have sticky floors and are unorganized. This Circle K is clean, everything works, smells nice and the cashiers are excellent. The employees working this store in the morning deserve raises.

This is my favorite location. All the staff is supper friendly and helpful. The store is one of the cleanest stores that I've seen as well. They are always stocking and cleaning.

This store has a great selection of items! Parking lot is super easy to navigate too.

It does seem like they get pretty busy sometimes, and they might need a few more hands. It would probably be perfect if they hired like 1 more person each day just to handle stuff like spills, etc.

But overall they have a great selection of snacks, the staff has always been cool & friendly, a decent place to stop by.

This circle k is great. The bathroom light is automatic. The service is great. People destroy everything right after its been cleaned so if anyone is complaining, it is because of their inadequate knowledge and understanding of the retail convenience store responsibility. As a customer, if I make a mess, I clean it up. Customers should be responsible for their messes, not blame the store.

Excellent customer service. For those of you who don't know this is one of the busiest stores in the valley. Expect it to be busy. And if you notice it's dirty near the soda fountains, or you see trash sitting around them, just know it's not the employees spilling drinks and leaving their garbage behind, it's other customers who don't care. The entire store is cleaned and mopped multiple times daily.

I was so impressed with the great customer service I experienced without purchasing anything . Never had I received such compassion at a Circle K or convenience store.
My car had stalled during rush hour on my way to the hospital to be seen.
A couple of men helped pull my car into the circle k parking lot.
I went inside the store spoke 1st to Jonathan and told him my situation with my car and then with such graceful manners got Pablo to assist me as I was not feeling well.
The kindness and compassion that Pablo showed me was better than I had received at a hospital stay.
I truly believe that Circle K at 2012 W.Southern
should recognize such employees as these two young men.
Thank you I will make sure that people know that great customer service does exist even when not a customer.

Love that they have the nitro cold brew coffee dispenser. It's so delicious.
And shout out to assistant manager Maria. It was nice seeing how she coached her team..

First time at Circle K. Heather, helped me getting coffee which was excellent. Heather helped me get the coffee club card and helped me get the card on my phone. All this while helping other customers with a smile. It really made my day and I look forward to returning to this location because of Heathers efforts!

I give you a honest review about how I was very disappointed and 1 star about 7 months ago now you got a 5 star with this new grew you got and a smart move getting rid of the old grew to another store and you should do that very often keep up the good work and don't follow the mistakes of the past.

Clean, staff was friendly, the fountain soda taste good, and staff was kind enough to tell me I left my card on counter.
