The Showplace at Great Barrington

After going Waterware, receiving no assistance or offer to assist or greeting, we moved on to S&A. Best decision!

Excellent greeting, assistance, care, product knowledge, ,and no pressure.

Great showroom as well. We’re going to plan our remodel with them and our contractor.

Terry assisted me in picking out my high quality fixtures. She and the rest of the S and A crew were very helpful every step of the process going forward with my shower renovation. Always nice to get some excellent design tips. Very grateful this store is in G.B!

Shayna was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The selections are fabulous and I found everything I wanted.

Spoke with sales rep in person on Saturday 3/25/23, gave paper w/drawing & detailed measurements for kitchen sink & faucet; was told both available & would receive email on Tuesday, 3/25/23 with estimates (email and phone number were provided). Four weeks later still have not received email or call. Never mind, S&A, I’ll get my new sink & faucet elsewhere. Home Depot gives better service.

Sold us a defective project. It took weeks for Shayna to contact the manufacturer. Then weeks for any resolution. They sent a replacement product and said someone would install. Then weeks later the manufacturer changed their mind and decided they would NOT install. And Shayna indicated that although she works in a cabinet store had no relationship with contractors who could repair. and basically left it to us to find someone and then wait what I could only imagine will be weeks and weeks and weeks for a reimbursement. She keep saying it's only 4 screws, neglecting to mention that there is a sink in the way of those screws. What stated off as a decent experience has turned into a nightmare. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.
