The Yoga Collaborative

Just did my first non gentle yoga class. Was a bit intimidated but signed up for Fried and Flow with Raydene.
A beautiful class not at all intimidating. Raydene is an excellent guide and very connected to her class. Looking forward to next week!

Amazing staff and studio. I have attended other classes on cape and always return to the yoga collaborative for a quality experience.

I went there for the Deep Stretch class with Melissa and i was amazed. She is very knowledgeable about the human body. She kept the class straight forward but casual at the same time. It was a full class but she called everyone by their name and helped everyone with the moves. The studio is beautiful and has great decorations. I loved the bamboos in the window. The music was great and the ambiance is very refreshing. They have all the props you just have to show up. The pricing is totally reasonable, i signed up for more classes.

This studio is amazing ! Melissa , the owner is a fabulous teacher and has wonderful classes. She teaches , guides , explains and is genuinely interested in all her students . There is a variety of classes and the studio is super clean and inviting !

TYC is a phenomenal yoga studio head to toe. It has wonderful teachers and the space is welcoming and organized.
