We first learned about Rosemary in 2020 from the next-door neighbor whose home she sold quickly and to their great satisfaction. When we were ready to sell the family home, Rosemary was the initial and only realtor we contacted. Working with her was a pleasure from start to finish. Rosemary was very organized and set up all the items necessary for the sake of our property at 25 Eel Pond Road. She had a series of nice photos of the property inside and outside. She was helpful to all the necessary steps to sell the property in a short time. Our property was listed on a Friday and we had three offers by Sunday

Great experience with Shore Road Realty. I recently assisted my mother to sell her house on Cape Cod. It was our house for over 40 years and since my father passed away my mother decided to sell and relocate. My mother has never done a transaction like this and I am located on west coast of the US. Rosemary stepped in an handled the entire transaction. She is more than a Realtor. She handled every inspection and went above and beyond to get the house prepared. She explained the process to my mother and kept us in the loop every step of the way. As you can imagine this was big transaction for my mother; however, Rosemary made her feel comfortable and confident she was in good hands. Rosemary advised on the price we should list after showing us comps and we were able to close within the range we discussed.
