So far so good. Dr DeSouza has been great with my Mom and the staff is very kind and professional! We arrive a few mins early and the wait is usually only 10 or 15 minutes.
Great experience so far, good explanations for treatment and why or how, and much less painful than her injections at a different facility in a different state.

My mother is 82 years old and has to get shots for her Macular degeneration. Mom says Dr. Bryan is the best and amazing she does not feel a thing thank you for your caring staff and thorough examination.

I had my appt. today, staff was courteous and so was the doctor. After I arrived I only had to wait maybe 15-20 minutes to be seen, no one else was there. During my appointment the doctor explained in detail the results of my testing and answered my questions in great detail. I look forward to my next appointment. So sorry others had such a horrible experience, hopefully your next visit will be better.😊

Been using since 2013. Dr Gaitan is the absolute best ever ! The staff is always terrific too !

Was referred here from my family doctor with a same day appointment. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was taken back by the technician on time. She was also friendly and efficient. The doctor saw me promptly and over all a good visit.

My experience here was great. Dr. De Sousa and his staff were all fantastic - very nice and very kind about keeping me at ease and explaining what was going to happen during this visit. Very impressed.

Dr DeSouza is the best! Took care of me and spent extra time going over scenarios in a very scary situation. I go back 3 times a year and have never had an issue.

Great Staff and Awesome Doctors! I have always been treated with Compassion and was aware of everything involved in treatment. Would highly recommend.

Great set of doctors in here. Takes time to get seen but it's thorough. The waiting room staff is nice and courteous. It's just not nice to have your eyes dilated and sit in the waiting room. The waiting room is really cold both times I have been there.

Dr Gordon is good but the waiting in the room for him an hour or so is not good. After your eyes have been dilated they put you back in the waiting room for an hour or so. The one time we were there we waited from 1:00 till almost 6, we were the last to leave. They need to do something about waiting so long.

. Two stars for the quality of physician... But consistently running TWO hours behind appointment times is ridiculous. I have no clue how this is sustainable, but would love to find out WHY. Today the parking lot was completely full, as was the waiting room This was at 4pm. I checked in, and asked how long they were running behind and met with the "a couple hours"... So I'd be sitting in the waiting room until 6 before being seen?! It's infuriating. Reading previous reviews, it's apparent ARC does not care if they aren't willing to fix the issue.

The office may have highly qualified doctors but they lack awareness and compassion when it comes to patient care . We should not be waiting 2 plus hours and be the first patient there while the doc is busy anywhere BUT at the office . How is is acceptable care ??? I was the first patient today and I was seen after 1.5 hrs which sounds amazing for his usual time BUT everyone after me is now late by god knows what . We don’t have all day and we don’t all want to spend hours waiting to be seen for 4 minutes !!! Please do not respond with the standard we will strive to do better - it’s been 12 years as a patient and the only reason I’m there is because I’m exhausted to search about for other retinal doctors - every review seems to be based around their tardiness . Please ask Dr Gordon how would he like it if I was hours late - will be be waiting for me ???? I doubt it ….
