I had an extremely easy setting up an appointment for my RV with Hannah. When I took my RV to be repaired, Jeff kept me in the loop as to what maintenance was being done and the price. Staff is efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. The front office was welcoming and very clean and tidy. The technicians were respectful of my RV. I have used this business for over 30 years and have never been unhappy with results.

Our experience with Charlie’s started online. Their web presence was striking and inspired confidence to call. Our call was answered by a clear caring communicator. Our concerns were quickly understood and we were welcome to show up for analysis the same day. Oh I forgot to mention we were in a motorhome (in the middle of a trip). We hustled in to make the appointment. In short order our issues were diagnosed and a plan was prepared to make the repairs. In the end the final price was significantly less than the estimate and time frame was less than estimated. In the whole process each and every person we communicated with went above and beyond expectations. We are completely satisfied with our experience at Charlie’s Service Center and do not hesitate to recommend their work to anyone.

I've taken my car to Charlie's on 2 different occasions and both were great experiences. Every staff member I've interacted with has been amazing! They have great communication every step of the process, and are honest about whats going on and what needs to be done. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Charlie’s diagnosed my problem on my Motorhome, it came in under the estimated price and the service was completed on time.

Charlie’s is a great place. They have done work on my RV and give a 1 year warranty on their work. The have helped us out of a pinch twice. Quality work and quality customer service.

Jeff and the crew at Charlie's were so great at diagnosing what was wrong with my car, laying out best and worst case scenarios (had a cracked exhaust manifold that needed to be replaced), and kept me up to speed with each step and when there was further issues. Fast services and did not make me feel like they were "finding issues". Thank you guys!! You were a big help!

These guys took really good care of us and made sure our rig was ready for the road. Oil change emissions and on the spot tags! Full inspection on the chassis for a decent price! They give job honest opinion and had great service! Thanks guys keep it up!

They Have worked on all my military vehicles and always do super work. They fixed carburetor problems and have worked on M38A1 Willys and my M715 Kaiser Jeep. Great service

Update……but no real change. As always, Charlie’s is amazing. They always go above and beyond. They always do an amazing job, get my truck in quickly and get the problem fixed. The office staff are amazing, have great customer service, and knowledgeable about what is going on.. I love how they explain and if possible, show everything going on before repairing and always upfront with costs.

I had a problem with the appointment I had set up , and they worked with me to arrange a more convenient time. I got in and out quickly and the service was excellent.

Had a brake controller that wasn’t functioning. The service mechanic took the time to tell me the workings of it and put everything in working order. Was very happy for the information and operation of my controller.

Charlie's is simply the best. He is by far the best Saab mechanic in the state. Great guy and great shop. A++++
