Captain D's

Takes a while at drive through sometimes, but everything is cooked to order. My wife loves this place.

Food was good, employees were nice, place was clean

My house mate & I drove from south side of Portland TN, to Franklin Captain Ds today btw 230 & 3 p.m. We placed our order at the drive thru. Courteous & efficient service. Once we got home to enjoy our meal~it was great! Still warm, after a 20 minute drive home. Everything was freshly cooked & perfect! Just wanted give a shout out with a positive note. Great job y'all!

Fish was great! Ordered the three piece battered fish with fries and slaw. Left the restaurant full and happy

I hadn't been in years, but it was good to eat here again! The food was delicious. The employees were very friendly. It's still a wonderful place to get seafood at reasonable prices.

Portions were a bit small as to my side order of catfish, but all in all. I enjoyed my take out. And to be super busy, my rather large order was correct.

Franklin Kentucky you are the best, Your quality and service has never been matched at any other Captain D’s and I do love my Captain D’s! Food was cooked hot and fresh! The butterfly shrimp were so crunch and just about burned my mouth. What more could you ask for? Drive thru girl is friendly and cute too. If I'm ever in this town again I'll be back for sure

Some of your people just aren't meant too work for the public, they should be in the kitchen cooking, I'd rather deal with a kiosk and punch in my own order, than someone who's not suited for the job, I want somebody whose happy and likes to talk to people not just going through the motions until they can go home

Nice management bit the customer waiting for her the in the parking lot should have had to flip a burger once in her life. These kids were trying to cover for the short staff and she was very inappropriate and rude.

Good food and nice employees. The place was super busy bc, when I got there at 12: 45 pm on Sunday, church had just let out. While it took a while to order, my food was ready and I was out the door in about 2 minutes. I commend them for their fast service during a busy time.

If you're looking for the fish place to eat, this is it! There's only one other place in town you'll find better fish, and it's a mom and pop store on the other side of town. Captain D's is clean, nice, and the food is always hot and fresh! It's also prepared in a timely fashion and consistently delicious!

Love their fish, cole slaw, and jalepeno poppers! I ordered my food in the drive-thru.

Very clean with a great staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Loved it!!

They were very busy so there was a wait but they were working hard to get the food out and the food was good.

I only eat here at lunch time. Service is friendly and usually fast. Food has always been good.
