Hayes Shoes

We have visited Hayes several times for my husband's and son's work shoes and insoles. The customer service is always excellent here. Anyone you speak to will be extremely helpful. This visit my son got work shoes and insoles and they are really helpful when working with company vouchers. We also got my husband a beautiful leather wallet from Hayes. I recommend this store for your work shoes or boots!

Great selection of shoes. David went out of his way to help with shoe selection as well as being very knowledgeable. The customer service here is outstanding!! The store is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. There are sales on different brands of shoes that you would not think would be on sale. This is a must stop in place if you are looking for work boots.

As others have said, they have quality options, including boots you won’t find in most bigger stores (like the Redwing Heritage brand).

The staff are friendly and helpful: I especially appreciated David taking time with me to find the right fit, pun intended. I typically have a terrible time shoe shopping, mostly in finding a good fit or size, but he helped me navigate all that and arrive at a solution in very pleased with as my daily. So much so that I’m considering buying another pair to alternate to extend their lives.

I haven’t done much price checking against Amazon or others, but I see value in a family business that contributes to my local economy, and in having a physical store where I can try on the product with guidance if needed. Especially when the product impacts my life so much.

In the end, I had a good experience, I found boots that fit well, handle work, hiking, and casual, are much better on my feet and my health, and that have returned a lot of value already after a few weeks.

We were actually sent to Hayes by employees at Cabelas when they didn’t have what we were looking for. David was the one that helped us and his knowledge on the work boots was very helpful. I live 1 hr away but I know where my next pair of boots are coming from.

My husband was looking for a pair of boots and although we didn't find the exact ones we were happy to support a family owned business and purchase a pair from this store. The young men in the front were very good at what they do. They should be proud and I hope they continue on to do big things.

This store is great! They have top notch employees and a good shoe selection. Just received a pair of size 15 5E steel toed shoes and they are amazing. They fit like a second skin and I only have them thanks to the patience and knowledge of the staff there. Thank you ladies so so so so much for helping me find these shoes in the time you did. My husband was fitted with some great boots and given patient, helpful customer service.
Then I returned to buy him some more Timberland insoles that “make a huge difference in comfort” and filled out a raffle to win some Red Wings. I received a call that I won!! I was allowed to pick out any Red Wing shoe/boot I wanted. I am so excited over my new boots! Thank you Hayes Shoes!! We will be back!!

My wife needed boots for work (steel toe) and this store had the best selection of women work boots that we have found. The biggest selection of slip on steel toes in town with most every size available. The salesman was very helpful and went above and beyond to help in our search for footwear.

We were just in the store and even though they didn't have the boots i wanted the young ladies provided excellent service! Not sure what they get paid but for the service my wife and i received it probably isn't enough.

Great place to buy boots for work or boots for great outings with your signifigant other. Got my pair of Timbs for a great price and they work really well for my job and are very comfortable. They have anywhere from steel toes to Esd combinations to plain boots if boots are your style.

Very friendly place that caters to their customers. Feel like a king while they bring yiur whatever shoe/size you desire. Much better than the big shoe chains.
