Kroger Pharmacy

Been there a couple of time these past few weeks.

My son had a double ear infection, we got there close to closing time and they didn't have the prescription ready. The employee there went above and beyond to make sure we got it for the night. Wish I could remember her name, she was great and we were so grateful!

Went in for a booster, it was quick, easy and the person who gave the shot was personable. Wish they had some signage to instruct you to check in at the drop off counter but I know for next time!

The pharmacists as well as every other person I have dealt in the pharmacy have been amazingly helpful. They have taken the time and made the effort to explain various issues that have arisen for both my husband's and my prescriptions. We are appreciative.

Always fast and my orders are always accurate! I switched everything to this pharmacy after so many mistakes and long delays at other pharmacies.

I've used this pharmacy several times since moving to GT last year, and have had very good experiences each time. The staff are friendly and they always have my Rx's ready within a reasonable time. They've been helpful, in fact I've actually had them rush things for me or my children. They're the only Kroger in town and they have limited staff, that's something people may need to keep in mind. All I can say is that they've consistently been great for me.

Staff is always super pleasant no matter what. It is not staff's fault if we have 1 Kroger in all of Georgetown and everyone gets at least 1 scrip each. So, yeah it is slow sometimes. Considering all the rude, extra long lines of customers, insurance hoopla, and doctors the pharmacy have to deal with I think they are still good at what they do which is fill scrips and treat customers with respect. Customers ask lots of questions too and this is understandable when it comes to meds. Pharmacy is there to help with questions about meds too. So give them some slack and put your scrips in early. You know Georgetown has grown too much for one Kroger. I do not mind waiting sometimes.

Yes. They are busy, but they have given me several years of excellent service. I am on a lot of medications, and I have never had a bad experience with either the service or the staff. They are busy because they are popular! I won’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work! (It does take a bit to get a phone call answered sometimes, but it is worth the wait!). Excellent pharmacy.

Lalanna was so pleasant and helpful with my insurance. My medicine was ready on time.

Takes Good RX walmart will sometimes on some drugs not on others. Will use Kroger more now

They need more help! And they need to expand. Some days there is an extremely long wait. But Mr. Guru is hands down the best most caring pharmacist you'll ever come across! He's a gem. He went out of his way to save me from paying a $700 co-pay! He went above and beyond and I ended up paying NOTHING!
