I have been with this pharmacy for many years. They are very happy to be a service, but many times they are so busy and don't have enough help for the volume of business they have and still great you with a smile and do the best they can to handle the business as fast and efficient as possible. I went inside to get a couple of non - prescription items. There was no line, and I got out very quickly.
They are open 24 hours.
The parking lot is very cramped, though.

The staff at this location is always absolutely wonderful and kind to me. My medications are always ready on time and if there are any issues they are great about notifying me about delays.

CVS in Georgetown Kentucky is great The people behind the pharmacy are very courteous and they help you out as much as they can if you need a prescription filled right then and there well sometimes you may have to wait until the next day due to it may be a shortage of people back there from either just being sick or not showing up for work. But most of the time the people behind there at the CVS pharmacy are great. The store overall is very nice and clean and tidy and everything's in its own place The aisles are clearly marked so you don't have to go searching all over the store but I'll buy aisle you look at the sign and you know where you have to go to get what you're looking for

CVS Georgetown KY: Excellent care of the elderly’s needs. Elderly Mother having trouble with CVS app and Ashley graciously spent 30 minutes getting account running smoothly. Pharmacist, John, very understanding when we called for appointment to meet with pharmacy tech. CVS prescription mail program is a life safer for the elderly, especially in winter.

The time that I go in other day is usually kind of late so there's no way and that guy that works at nights is really really helpful and really sweet he'll help you get done whatever you need done and he goes up over and Beyond his job you know so you can get the best experience in the store with the best products for the best price.

My husband needed an antibiotic. We live 20 miles outside of town and didn’t want to come back. Pharmacy staff was incredible during a very busy time. The timely filling of the order was greatly appreciated!

I recently moved to this area and have visited CVS twice, both times I walked in I was greeted politely. The store was very clean and I found my items just fine.I was having trouble at the photo island but,was assisted quickly by a store associate,the plesant young man helped me so much to finish the process and my photos were printed immediately..My husband and I will call this CVS one of our favorite stores in Georgetown and will be back often. Thank you!

The Pharmacy staff were OUTSTANDING! They were so so busy and could have easily been frustrated or unhappy but they were kind, quick, genuinely cared about getting my child her medication and were over all just amazingly professional. Thank you for being so great to us today

Dianna was very helpful finding the OTC medicine I wanted… went back into the store to look and found what I was looking for; customer service at its best. Employees like this, is a great example to others. Thanks again Dianna.

I spoke with Sam in the pharmacy late Sunday because I needed a new prescription ASAP. I was in Georgetown visiting family, became ill, and needed a new prescription to get home. My doctor had no trouble sending the script. It was filled and waiting by the time my husband picked it up 15 minutes from my initial call. I made it home safely. Thank you CVS Georgetown.

I needed some guidance with a concern that didn't prompt an emergency visit. Brian was the pharmacist on duty that provided the direction I needed. Great place to pick up medicine, I’m glad my mom chose CVS to get my prescriptions filled. I love her each and everyday for that.

Great place I just wish they would get rid of lane 2! The drive through is useful if you can't get out of the car but lane 2 is the worst thing in the universe.

Great service. Just went to pick up an order and they were gracious enough to fix it & work through the line with efficiency. I appreciate the service- especially on the holidays.

More self service check out lanes. Other than that the service was excellent and the staff is friendly and willing to help.

Despite being understaffed they continue to show outstanding service and dedication to helping their customers, those of you that wrote a bad review you won't be missed cause your just 1 less ass in the line.

I'm revising my review. Apparently they have new staff in the pharmacy. They've made a big turn around.
