LOVE LOVE LOVE the bakery department! They go above and beyond to create custom cakes that are not only gorgeous but are such good quality; a surprisingly great experience over and over again!

Never a bad experience. Only thing i would change is keep companies out thats trying to sign you up for cable or anything else. We had to swing wide to avoid the sale pitch.

I am a disabled person who utilizes a task trained service dog. At other grocery stores, I have had extensive issues with people bringing in pets (which is not legal via the ADA and FDA) and staff doing nothing about it when I ask. My service dog has been attacked by multiple aggressive pet dogs who should not have been in stores. When I moved to Georgetown and started going to this Kroger for my grocery needs, I was shocked. The staff is ACTUALLY knowledgeable about service dog laws and policy and actively ensures that people do not bring in pets. It’s the first time I have felt safe in a grocery store with my service dog in a long time. They are great about complimenting how cute she is and how cool it is to see a service dog without interfering with her job or distracting her. 10/10 recommend this Kroger to any service dog handlers. You’ll actually feel safe shopping here

This place was well stocked and probably the best Kroger I've seen. I was camping in the Kentucky Horse Park and grabbed food here. It was more affordable than eating out and they had plenty of packaged and/or to-go options.

Thanks to Kroger Marketplace Floral department for helping me to continue a 4 decade long anniversary tradition. Courteous, polite, And most importantly, they understood what my needs were, provided needed input, and delivered perfectly, and on time! Thank you ladies! See you next year!

I was in Kroger about 01:50 pm, couldn’t find a special item. Guy by the name Jamie took time out and helped me find it in store; wanted to say thank you Sir.

Best pizza of all the Krogers in the tri-state area. Awesome Murray's cheese shop. Get your olive fix!

I'm a regular shopper at krogers in Georgetown ky. Since I was treated for stage 2 cancer, I was challenged on eating and swallowing alot of foods.
I met Shannon at krogers. I inquired about what soft foods that I may be able to eat. And Shannon told me that he too had been treated for cancer before. He pointed out some of the soft foods for me that I may be able to eat, and he was right on target for me.
Since I first met Shannon and now, if I have any questions about any foods, he always has a solid answer for me, and his answers have always been true.
He suggests what foods I may consider trying, and cautions me on foods to wait on before trying.
He is very professional, and friendly.
Shannon is a huge asset for Krogers, and the public. Excellent people skills.

My family are big fans of the New "super" Kroger in Georgetown.
You can support a school, charity, etc. with the fundraising program every time you shop. They offer coupons you can download on your Kroger card.
We like the Kroger brand also. There is an Organic brand, Simple Truth, that is affordable.

They have what I need, a clean store and helpul friendly staff

My husband and I were traveling and scheduled for a tour (6/3/21 at 2pm) of the “Old Friends Farm” and had arrive early. So we decided to drive over to this Kroger as we shop at a Kroger in TN. I accidentally left my phone in the top of the shopping cart and headed to our car. Realizing this, I ran back inside to the cart and of course it was gone. Frantically, I searched and couldn’t find it, even at the Customer Service Center. However, a very sweet girl working that day at the Customer Service Center showed us how to find my phone on my husband’s phone. It rang my phone and we were able to locate the area in Kroger where it was in another sweet woman’s shopping cart. Thank you so much Kroger for hiring staff members that are willing to go above and beyond to assist customers.

Always find what I need here. It's a busy place so plan accordingly.

Everything is clearly marked and is where it's supposed to be. Plenty of registers open.
Work going on the upper road today, Wednesday, June 22nd, and you can't use those 2 streets. Only the one by Kroger fuel.

I drive from Frankfort to shop this store because the Frankfort Kroger isn't stocked well. I love the Georgetown Kroger!!

Much better than Walmart they have stuff there that's made in the US you can't find a single thing in Walmart made in the USA. meet is better. produce is better

I love the convenience of being just around the corner from my home. And I love being able to order my groceries online, choosing a time, paying online then going to pick the groceries up at the pickup parking. Cheryl E Sidney. Georgetown, Ky.
