Erwin is helpful with my car accident case!

When going through my case I had a lot of issues going on from my car accident which happened in an Uber where we got hit from behind (. Mental and physical health issues.) Erwin Braich represented my husband and I when we were in an accident. We were both fully compensated for our injuries and well taken care of by the chiropractor.

Hastings and Hastings represented my in my claim for an accident that happened this past March. A semi ran a red light and t-boned me; thankfully it was only going about 35 so it totaled my car but I at least walked away.

I chose Hastings because my friend Kel Vrana is an attorney there and I wanted to go with someone I trusted. During treatment for my neck and back, Kel and his staff checked in to make sure everything was coming along fine and helped me avoid hassles with my insurance company. The few times I needed to stop by the office, Kel was able to meet with me personally. He was also available by phone and email for followup.

Again, I did know Kel before my accident, but I believe the level of professionalism and attentiveness I received is standard for the service at Hastings and Hastings. If I am ever in another serious accident, I will definitely be calling Kel again.

The entire staff was great to work with from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable and always there when I had a question. Great service, highly recommended!
