I had a few problems with my accounts and I have never had more knowledgeable, caring , and kind bank teller as I had with. Pai She was quick to help me, wasn't scripted like most of them and truly cared about my problem and fixing it. Everyone I have ever worked with here is great but she went above and beyond.

The team at the Desert Financial Riggs branch are awesome. I have multiple personal and business accounts with them, and they do a great job of communicating and finding solutions to questions I might have. You can bank anywhere, but the people at the Riggs location are the reason I stay with Desert Financial. They are the best!

I drove from Green Valley (south of Tucson) this week to DFCU and was amazed how the Phoenix area had grown. I grew up in Phoenix and oh how times have changed.... I got lost several times in my journey to Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. I’ve been a member since I was 12... now age 70. Black Canyon was the only branch back then. I would come in with Mother after her long day working in the lunch room of a local grade school. We were always greeted with a warm smile and respect.
My experience this week was the same ... You have not changed .... even as the Valley has grown.
