Fry's Pharmacy

The pharmacists are always helpful and take their time to review prescriptions with you when you check out. They are obviously a busy pharmacy and those that are working there are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful doing the best to meet everyone's needs. With this in mind, any pharmacy I've been too is just as busy, planning ahead and using the online refill service or autofill is super helpful because you just show up to pick them up when it texts you that they are ready.

This pharmacy is staffed with highly competent people. Jeff is especially helpful, kind , and courteous. As is normal with a busy pharmacy, you may have to wait a short while to get your prescription filled. It is best to plan ahead when ever possible.

After getting covid I have had to call for advice from the pharmacist multiple times. Everytime I called I could tell they are busy and they still take time to answer my questions with care and compassion.

They are one of the best out there that's why they are so busy. Brian goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need and keeps you safe at the same time. They go above and beyond what anyone else ever does. Well worth the extra wait and sometimes stressed out help.

Expect a little bit of a wait here, I'm talking 45 minutes for prescription refills

I've shopped at Fry's for years in Chandler and now in AJ. The pharmacy people at the new Fry's in AJ do a terrific job in helping customers. For them I give 5 stars. The problems with all the Fry's pharmacies in the Valley aren't the employees - it's the horrible software they have to use every day for at least two years. They hate it and so do I. I've signed up for automatic refills of my Rxs and to be notified via email when they're ready for pickup. That's not happening at all. The director of the IT Department has to know by now how poorly the software is performing and FIX it. In the meantime, a message should be sent out to Fry's Pharmacy customers explaining the problem and a time-line when the current so-called software will be replaced. Someone at Corporate Headquarters needs to take responsibility for this problem and correct it ASAP.

Prescription was sent at 10am via goodRX, pharmacy insisted all day that nothing was sent and they did not have it. Showed up at 3pm to check on status in person. Was told to “call your doctor” repeatedly and that the prescription was sent to the wrong location after showing and verifying 5 times that script was sent to correct location. Showed up at 4:30 to pick up script after goodrx spent 30 minutes on hold waiting for pharmacy. Was told that if I wanted the prescription before close that I would have to wait inside. Go inside to wait, am told and rushed over to the side by the very rude woman to “wait over there”. This pharmacy is awful and always has been. Unfortunately goodrx will only send scripts to Frys.

I’ve been going here for awhile and their staff changes constantly. They never have my prescription ready and they are rude. I had a lady named Brooke cut me off on the phone when I told her the automated system wouldn’t tell me when my prescription was ready and I wanted to know before I made the drive to go get it, in case it wasn’t ready again. They either can’t fill it on time when it says it’s suppose to be ready or they make me wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes until they can give it to me. I even wait days after it’s suppose to be ready to go get it in hopes that it might be ready and it’s STILL not ready. I know they have been understaffed in the past but this place needs to change because people rely on their prescriptions to be ready for them when they need them. Seeing new staff all the time makes me think something will change but it never does. I’m always extremely nice and I don’t know if these people are stressed because they are understaffed but this isn’t fair to people just trying to buy and get their prescriptions. Save yourself some time and go to a different pharmacy.

Nothing but problems. After being told THREE times to come back for my prescription, it still wasn't ready. Not the first time having issues with this pharmacy. Highly unprofessional and inefficient. This medication was urgent needed after getting surgery. Picked up the paper script and took it to Walgreens and had the medications within 10 minutes.

Whoever the girl is working at the pharmacy today 1/11/2020, at 1:00 PM needs to be fired. I have called three times, been placed on hold three times for over 20 minutes each time without anyone helping me check on the status of my prescription.
