The team members in Pet Market is a great staff!!! I just wanted to share that I always feel welcomed when I come in and they always check in to make sure if I need assistance. One night, I zoomed in the parking lot at 8:59 from getting off of work late , and Alex seen me running towards the door from afar and still let me in to grab what I needed with such patience and a smile! I was soo soo grateful! I’m sure he wanted to go home but he did not rush me at all and my little pup was happy to have his food :) THATS amazing customer service !

I’m excited to see Brooke as the manager now! Such a pleasant personality and always so helpful! You picked a good one!

And let’s not forget Kat! Very kind and always inviting !

Stop shopping at the big chain stores. You need to come here for your pet supplies. They have a huge variety of pet food, treats, and toys. The store is large and clean. It’s well organized and easy to maneuver. The staff is helpful and congenial. This place has personality plus. They also have everything your pet might need.

Always has my dog food in stock and will price match from any site/store and they'll keep in on record so you get it everytime without having to look it up again and again!

Staff is very educated on canine diet. I was very impressed. Very kind and helpful. Were able to answer all of my questions and set me on the right path for feeding my Golden Retriever

Very friendly and courteous staff. The employees offered help immediately, were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They even went up and beyond expectations by offering us a sample of the food to see if our cat likes it before purchasing the product. We will without a doubt be returning and they have definitely earned our business for the future. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

I took my Husky to the self-serve dog wash and everything was a breeze. Also, I barely got any water on me!

The gentleman working was also very kind and friendly. He helped us to understand exactly how to use the dog wash 🧼

My dog Loves visiting here..as soon as we pull into the parking lot she knows where we are going. Staff is ALWAYS very nice and actually enjoy seeing us. We go pick out a new flavor of Fromm..and then sniff around everywhere and then head to the front to smell all the goodies, only to choose the $5 hamburger every time... lol.
She eats it there, and we grab another snack for another day..

What a great pet store with lots of high quality options!

They offer a huge selection and they even carry raw food to feed our pets the closest to their natural diet and keep them healthy

It's wonderful to have such a great store nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dog washing station is useful for our large dogs and allows us to clean them far more thoroughly than we could at home (and without getting soaked, ourselves, thanks to the aprons). We will definitely be back for more washes and more treats in the future!

I have been on a panicked journey to help my little papillon puppy. He has become fickle about his diet and won’t touch many items. My pantry has become stuffed with one-time tastings of foods that make him ill or that he would rather starve than eat. I was relegated to shopping all over town and found Bark Avenue to have a food he loved. The problem was the distance to get there is too far in my busy day.

Convenient to our home and near places I love to go is Pet Market. Brooke at Pet Market listened to my worries and helped me problem solve for Monty. She has truly been compassionate and caring. Her wise counsel found the perfect solution on the second visit and he’s so happy. So am I. The kind staff there have made me a fan.

Nicest people. I buy Taste of the Wild for my dog here because the big stores don’t carry it and always had excellent service. I called to get curbside pickup today for some supplies for my dog and they were super nice and quickly found what I needed and I paid on the phone. Super easy. They brought it out and put it in the car when we arrived. A little pricey but it’s because they have good quality items.

Every time I go in there everyone is very pleasant and nice. I do want to shout out to Brooke for helping me out every time and able to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable on what she does. Thank you and my little guy appreciates it too.

The staff was very helpful at finding me supplies I needed for my new guinea pig she was very knowledgeable about products and also was able to help me cut some Corners to bring my price down a bit with their price match option. After I left here I went to check out some things at a local competitor at store where I found an item cheaper I called and informed the woman I had spoken with and she had me return to the store and she price match the item that I bought and get me $10 off set item after I'd already purchased. Staff is friendly and really consumer-focused it's great.

All their staff members are very knowledgable and helpful. My dog had some health issues and lost his appetite, they worked with me to get free samples from 5 different dog foods to help me find one my dog would like before buying the whole large bag. They knew more about the ingredients than I did, which was a nice change. I definitely recommend shopping here. Support small businesses - shop local.

Awesome alternative to the big box pet food stores! My dog prefers a brand of dog food that can be somewhat tougher to find. So far I've found his preferred variety only at one store and it's 25 miles from my home. At Choice Pet Market, I can have them special order it for me. Usually takes around a week for them to get it in stock. When I go in to pay for it, all I need to do is to provide them with the current price at another retailer (local or online) and they'll match the price. And best yet their standard store policy is to carry out the bags for you. Great price match.... and great customer service!

The gentle man upfront was very sweet and helpful. Pet market price matches which is awesome! They have fun toys and great treats our dogs love!
