Dr Jeffery Schnell and his staff are very professional with a side of understanding silliness to help you through your pain.
(Shots😫) I do not like shots but he helps me through it with his smiling words of encouragement. His staff explains everything as we go so No real surprises. Dr Jeffery Schnell preformed my first surgery and it is still doing well. Now I have the other foot issue and I know he will take great care of me because that’s how he is. He makes sure you are taken care of from start to finish. He has a friendly professional staff as well, which makes a visit a pleasure. Oops sorry but I have 3 dogs and I don’t stay put very long. Keeps my boot active and dirty.

Dr. Jeffery is so awesome! He’s unique, to say the least. He likes to cut up and talk about his wife and kids. He removed a spur from the top of my foot. I thought he did a phenomenal job but when I went for my post-op check up, he was frustrated that the scar was wider than he wanted it to be. He said he tried so hard to stitch it perfectly. It didn’t bother me but he wanted his work to be perfect. The desk staff seemed nice enough but once you got past the lobby, you were greeted with smiles. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, which says a ton.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jeffrey Schnell, his wife Shannon, the whole staff and their clinic as a whole. I have been going through a year long issue with bunion surgery and his professionalism, expertise and unbelievably superb “bed side manner” has made me a committed and lifelong patron. Dr. Schnell performed 3 surgeries on my feet and the outcome was always exceptional. His wit and sense of humor makes a patient feel at total ease, while his professional approach instills comfort and confidence in his abilities. ALL OF the staff, from front to back, is the epitome of customer service. Friendly, accurate, professional and attention to detail makes EVERY visit as smooth and pleasant as possible. If possible, I suggest you get a late afternoon appointment. My wait time, as in any doctor’s office, was always much less when I had 2:30pm or later appointment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUMBERLAND FOOT AND ANKLE CLINIC! Thank you Dr. Jeffrey Schnell and your fantastic staff. You have raised the bar on visiting a doctors office that very few, if any, can surpass.

I definitely recommend Dr. Shannon and Jeffrey Schnell. My experience was wonderful from start to finish. They were compassionate, spent time explaining everything , and did a remarkable job on my joint replacement surgery. I can wear stilettos again!!!

Dr. Shannon Schnell provided exemplary professional and courteous service to my 98 year old mother during her first visit today. Dr. Schnell took the time to answer all of our questions in a very thorough manner. She presented various treatment options, explaining recommended timelines and how to progress the various interventions in a step-wise manner. Most importantly, in a contemporary society that tends to have a bias in favor of youth, Dr. Schnell demonstrated genuine compassion and my mom knew that she was respected and that her life has value and meaning! All of the ancillary staff were very courteous and demonstrated excellent communication skills. Patients tend to take for granted the sacrifices that excellent physicians make to gain and expand upon their knowledge base to be able to provide such outstanding care. That is why we felt totally privileged to be in the company of Dr.Shannon Schnell this morning!

I had a toe nail that had been bothering me and they took care of it with ease and it really didn't cost me much at all. I highly recommend these people as they are family owned and operated. super friendly staff and great facility. I hope I never have to use them again but if that time comes I will go back to them for sure

This place is awesome went today for first time staff was so helpful and friendly the Dr was wonderful I have seen six docs for my condition and none have help only been here once and done seen a world of difference!

This is the second time at Cumberland foot doctor. Last time I had a great experience with them. It friendly staff and great doctors I will up date more when I can.

Don't live in pain anymore Dr Shannon and Dr Jefferey gave me my life back.I had a bad operation in Nashville and they reconstitute my foot.I dont limp anymore and I'm not pain.

Dr. Jeffrey was great all the way, before, during and after foot surgery. Highly recommended.
