Shoppe On the Square

Visited today. I thought it is a nice shop with interesting items. I found the lady working there to be quite friendly and helpful when I asked for info on her goods, and for restaurant recommendations in the area.
Not sure what happened in the past to others, but for me it was just a nice small town shop.

You must know your retailer to appreciate her. She works daily and is dedicated to her community and customers. She is an educated business lady and is loyal to her customers who treat her with respect.

Very neat little shop in the heart of Russellville downtown. The owner is very fun to talk to and has a good knowledge of the town. The shop has a variety of very homely things

Prices high. Sales lady acted as if I was going to steal

I have been in the store several times. Every single time I go in.. the owner is EXTREMELY rude. She sounds like she doesn’t even want my business. One time I asked her if she had a restroom and she replied with “there are other bathrooms in other stores” I do not know how she gets any business.. I would say she would get a lot more if she wasn’t rude. I do not recommend “The Shoppe on the Square” AT ALL!!!

I am from out of town and am staying at the local hotel while my fiance works here. As a tourist, I decided to go for a walk thru the historic district and to see the local shoppes. My Daughter and I entered Shoppe On the Square, we wasn't in there two minutes before the owner spoke up and said I am closing the store because I have to take my dog out. She ran off a new customer and to me it made me feel like she thought I was going to steal, regaurdless at the end of the day, this woman was rude. Russellville has to be the worst town I have ever toured and not just because of this experience.

Older dark haired lady has to be the rudest person on Earth ! Why be rude to your coustmer ,expect them to purchase your things you have for sale !? She should either be nice to her coustmer or get a different profession! I wouldn't send anyone there ! I'll never be back ,someone I know went there today with her husband and was rude to them also ! Get a life lady !

TERRIBLE experience in this shop. I went in one time to see what shops there were on the square and will never be back again. The woman was beyond rude.

It’s really sad because there are nice things in there that I would love to buy but won’t support a person who acts so terribly.
