Over all really great customer service.

We came to do some Black Friday shopping. The staff was really professional. It was crazy crowded and it was hard to move Around to shop comfortably. I liked how they had a quick dressing room by men’s pants so I could quickly find out if what I wanted would fit. It was a little weird having people tug on the curtain but I guess when it’s Black Friday it can be expected.

The line went by super quickly and that was a plus. Old navy always has such great deals on Black Friday and this location it’s one of the best! I highly recommend checking out their plaid shirt and their jeans!

Thank you old navy fire making Black Friday 2019 super smooth and pain free! I’m also excited to use the bucks I earned to do some cyber Monday shopping!!

Great deals, friendly staff. It's a busy location but they are able to get people through the line quickly. I went on a clearance sale and found a TON of great deals on clearance and work out clothes. Much better then a normal old baby as a matter of discount selection.

Kalia (not sure on spelling sorry!) was sooo nice when checking out. Made the experience very personable while shopping with my parents. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS STORE! Every staff is so helpful. Manager Lindsey can make anything happen. I got their credit card because their clothes fit like they are made for me, as well as one particular staff, Devon has that gift of making you feel like you are their favorite customer. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that Devon is extraordinary! Old Navy sales are amazing, as well and this store in particular seems to stock more, and better assortment, styles, etc. I am in a wheelchair and can't always reach what I need, carry everything, etc. They are always right there to help with whatever I need. Staff wear headsets, and work as a team to figure out anything. If you need a special size or they run out of an item they order it online, on the spot to your home with no shipping charges. I always look forward to my Old Navy shopping experience, especially at the Outlet Mall off I-10 <3 !!!

Really nice folks here. Wife had a hard time finding denim shirts she liked... We all know that makes for fun and fruitful shopping trips (obvious sarcasm).

Then comes Old Navy to save the day! To my relief, my wife found 4 pairs of shorts!! We ended up staying 10-15 minutes after close, and they were still friendly! Thanks!

Tons on sale

I give this place 5 start because I saved so much money when I did some back to school shopping. I was able to open up a credit card and save even more. I would come back here again as they did have some great deals.

Huge store with lots to choose in all sizes. Employees were very friendly and helpful. As usual, great sales.

Inexpensive clothing, not always the best quality, but always super comfortable... this is one of the few shopping experiences that are still kinda fun... I always see some print or something in the store to make me chuckle.
