Belks seems to take better care of their customers upon entering the store than any retail store out there. They have a very courteous guest greeter that takes his job very seriously in cleaning equipment and offering hand sanitizer. The store is very clean and they have great deals!

I grew up shopping at Parks Belks and was so happy to see this store. I do not like shopping in store because I typically shop online. But I was ecstatic about shopping here. Got several deals and was very pleased.

Always clean well organized and they have great prices. I don't know how they find the great people that are always willing to help. It's amazing how they can keep this store well organized even if they are really busy. I don't think I have ever seen anything on the floor or a display table that was not well organized. They make other clothing stores look like junkyards. Would like to thank the managers for hiring motivated people that care..

Placed online order to pick-up in store. Rec'd an additional 5% off bc of store pick-up. Easy access to store pick-up orders.. right at front entry. Good signage. Large selection of merchandise for a good shopping experience! No wait checkout line. Once again. Very few employees visible anywhere in store.

Great department store. Not a huge store (like Macy's, etc) so you can easily browse entire sections and not feel overwhelmed. Has a very nice variety in each department and has both high-end and cheaper options available in each. Almost always has sales going on and usually coupons that will work on many departments. Did a lot of my Christmas shopping at Belk's!

Anna that works in ladies is the best! Super friendly. Retail workers are mistreated and people can be so rude but Anna is always so nice.

I love Belk. The after Christmas sale was phenomenal. Crown and Ivy towels for 4 bucks a piece! Lots of great deals and clothes for every style. One of my favorite stores.

I am so happy that I decided to go to the Belks clearance sale today. I got 15 mix and match clothing items for under $35.00!!! Not one of them was originally priced under $50.00. I scored! This was my Superbowl...and I won!!

I'm so happy we finally have a Belk in Richmond! I've shopped there since I was a child on our trips to North Carolina and always loved it. The only place in Richmond to get name brands for good prices.
