Harbor Freight Tools

Great Harbor Freight! Always VERY clean and organized and they are rarely out of something. Having gone to several other HF stores I am thrilled my local one is as clean and orderly as it it. Kudos to the staff!

Extremely helpful staff at this store! They were a little low on merchandise because of a big sale going on, but there was still plenty there. The most important thing to me is service, in nearly any setting. The people at this location didn't disappoint.

Decent place to go to if you want cheap quality and cheap priced tools. I don't care much for the screwdrivers but they do their job for the price. But the sockets I'm really impressed with. And I bought some buffer Wheels for half the price of ace hardware. Same with my compressor oil for my compressor it was half price compared to chain stores like Lowe's. Plus the employees are friendly and very helpful!

For tools that you're not going to use every day this is a good place to buy them. The value is good for a home owner. Some items are really quite good quality, others are more disposable. The store employees have good attitudes.

Better not ever talk bad about my harbor freight here. Hands down, best employees and managers you could ask for. Even within an organization such as harbor freight. That's not a knock on them by any means whatsoever. We all know they have cheap tools but they have REALLY good tools too. They will be honest with you about what you can do with each. That's not to say they aren't well equipped to handle a contractor or even just a hobbyist.

Check here before ANYWHERE else. Your wallet, and even your work will thank you.

The staff here are very good about asking if you need help finding anything, opening a second register if there's a line, and keeping the stock organized and faced. I think the crew here is awesome. If you've never tried HF for tools, hardware, or equipment, you need to go. The prices have increased dramatically on some items in the wake of the pandemic, but there are great deals to be found in every section. Check out their coupons frequently online. There's a really great 3rd party HF Coupons app that works wonders.

Nice store. Always clean and tidy. My husband shops here often and is always happy with what he gets. My only criticism is some (but not all) of the products they have look cheaply made. However I've never used any of this stuff so it may be just fine. I would just check reviews before buying any of the chinese stuff.

You always hear people speak negatively of Harbor Freight and the tool quality. I personally am so thankful for a business that lends itself to affordable tools. Also they have a lot of things that aren't even offered in the big box store!

Clean and organized store with very good prices. Be sure to sign up for their coupons, you will never pay full price again. Although some of their tools don't last as long as the top name brands, you can't beat the pricing! Their quality has gotten better over the years that I've been shopping at Harbor Freight and this location is selling the best quality products of any location that I've visited. This location is also convenient to get in/out and there is plenty of parking. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Certainly recommend you to visit!

These stores are about the same no matter what location you're in. But I will say the staff here was great with helping out with my questions! That helps alot!

Good tools for reasonable prices and they have the best customer service of any hardware store in Richmond.
