Red Roof Inn Richmond, KY

Easy to get into! Love red roof locations that have a back road entrance to get away from traffic. Front desk dude working the night shift was awesome. Rooms are what you pay for not the best but mine was clean, everything worked like it should. The dresser was a little janky but for like $80 I stayed with my husband, nephew and big dog, so I ain't complaining! Best red roof experience yet.

It was clean, quiet, and the room was huge and perfect. The location is a little out of the way but worth it. The only complaint is that the indoor pool was closed

I booked with this hotel for a weekend visit with in laws. The property was really accessible from the highway and safe. The room was clean, and the ac worked great. The pool was another reason I booked, and it was perfect for my kids. The breakfast was ok, mostly just cereal and toast but that was all my kids need anyway. Definitely would stay here for any future visits.

One of the best Red Roof Inns I have stayed at. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a nice selection and the waffles I made were perfect. Will make this a permanent stop on my way to Florida and back home to Michigan every season. Happy snowbird.

Very clean rooms, no problem found at all with them!!! The hotel sits on a hill away from everything so it's real quiet. About the only thing you hear is other doors shutting in the other rooms. Very nice stay!!! I would go back with no worries!!! It's pet friendly too so that was a real bonus!!!

Overall, very clean. It's definitely not a fancy hotel, but it was clean, pretty, and the front desk clerks were very kind.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean, complementary grab and go breakfast was adequate, especially at the low price point. A great value! This was our second stay at this hotel and we plan on staying there again on our way back home. Hotel is in the process of updating the rooms. Carpeting is being updated to vinyl plank flooring, rooms are being painted and given new draperies and bedding. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked a suite for 5. My husband and I traveled from South Carolina and my mother, niece and her husband, drove from NW Ohio to visit. Check in clerk, Shawn, was fantastic! He was accommodating, generous, caring and considerate to all of our needs. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Of all the things, I loved the wheat toast and butter the best. But they had a great variety of food choices; cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, bread, sausage, egg & cheese croissant sandwiches, apple & orange juice, milk and coffee. If one compliant, it would be the screaming ear piercing children in the pool area. This nothing to do with the hotel and was understandable, as the children were just having fun. However, we couldn't enjoy that amenity as apart of our stay. For the short time we were in the pool, the area was clean and water an enjoyable temperature. We are already planning our next family visit. Thank you to the entire staff for making it a memorable stay! ❤

Have stayed here several times while visiting our son in college at EKU. Can always count on clean rooms, great service, and very friendly staff! Love all the updates to the rooms! Best part is we can bring our two little dogs who also LOVE staying here!!!
Grab and go breakfast is good, lots of choices. Best bang for your buck here. Highly recommend!!

This hotel was surprisingly nice for the cost. With the low rate we found (via Priceline), I expected the hotel to be pretty worn, but we just needed a place to sleep, so we were willing to give it a try. Both the room and lobby appeared to have been recently updated, the room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Faith is the GM. We met her this morning at check out. She loved on our Australian shepherd, and was so pleasant. This was hands down the best hotel out of the 10 I've visited in 2023. I used to look for cheap rooms along the route. I now look for Rex Roof Inn. Budget hotels charge extra for dogs.

They didn't have a lot of rooms available by the time we checked in, it was late, so we ended up getting a room that had two rooms, one with two beds and one with a fold out couch. It was pricey but the rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was super friendly as well. Especially to our children.

My husband and I stayed here on our way down to Gatlinburg, it was our halfway point. It was easy to get to from the interstate. The room was huge and clean. Nice water pressure in the shower. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again if needed.

This is a great hotel especially for the price and size of the room. Could have been cleaned a bit better but nothing major to point out. Pool was nice. We stayed 5 nights and my only complaint is how thin the walls are, you can hear everything. And the beds and pillows were a bit hard for my liking but that’s just my opinion. I would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation, but on the top floor so I don’t hear people above me stomping across the floor all night. Was peaceful when they weren’t. Staff was super nice. Great location away from the busy city.

5 of us met here for a reunion, 2 from South Carolina and 3 from NW Ohio. We were very happy with the price of the suite we got and it was very clean, not even a hair in sight. Breakfast was great, and everything was very clean. The staff was fantastic 😀

As soon as we got here to check in : the place was inviting and friendly! Very clean rooms, beds was comfy. Spacious enough for me and my friend to not feel like we was on top of each other

Stayed here overnight with family after spending the day at Buc-fees. Checked out the next day and after getting 30 minutes down the road realized an expensive camera had been left in the room. Called back to inquire and the front desk management went up to the room and the camera was still there. Great location and indoor pool. Great value.

Service was great: employees were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room itself is clean and comfortable. Needs some maintenance attention though: crack in the door lets people from outside the room see in and curtain is off the track.

People working there were so pleasant. I had drove 15 hrs non stop. They didn't have room when I got there. The lady at the desk said give her a little time and she would make it work. AND SHE DID!
All the staff were friendly, sociable, and respectful. Room was clean. I wasn't worried about bugs. Refrigerator clean, bathroom was clean, overall 5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. Thanks for a great experience to the staff in Richmond KY.

Just a great experience. Staff was great, was able to get our entire party right by each other AND all on the first floor like we wanted. The cleaning crew was awesome. Only wish the breakfast was better. Would definitely return.
