Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We were there late but still received amazing service and the food was fresh and probably the best I've gotten from a dq in this town. It's alot better than the other location and has a regular fountain machine instead of a coke freestyle. They do how ever only have half of dq signs as decorations and looked like a private party room!

I love the staff here. The manager and owner (I believe) helped me and my husband out. They’re so friendly and caring. I loved my experience here!

The Cheesecake blizzard is amazing but pricey. Service dog friendly even gave my dog judix a cup of ice cream

Fast service and good ice cream. The staff was patient and our blizzards came fast and definitely full. I feel like it was worth the money. I will absolutely be back.

I haven’t dined-in at a place in years but decided to go inside this DQ today. The team was in the zone. Amanda was so nice and very professional, multi-tasking through different functions. A gentleman in the back came out to help put together my takeout order. The team coordination and customer experience was outstanding. This will definitely be my go-to DQ from now on.

Update. Casey no longer works there but the GM is top notch. He has helped in every way that he can. Our mom loves their biscuits and gravy. We appreciate this gentleman so much. Ty for ur caring heart and all u do. Dairy queen needs to hold on to him and fix their app!!

Casey rocks!! So helpful and friendly. Our mom has dementia and we had some issues. This lady helped us so much. We can never repay her kindness. We need more caring people like her in the world. The food was good too.

We had an amazing guy that waited on us today. He had such a joyful attitude and a kind heart. Even though him and his crew was working on a holiday they still were so optimistic. Thank you so much for brightening our day!

It was busier than they had the staff to handle. One of the employees said that everyone scheduled showed up for work but that management schedules fewer people per shift than in the past.

The people there were on top of it and working as hard as they could in an attempt to keep up.

This Dairy Queen is doing it right! In a time where everyplace is short staffed, it seemed they had plenty of people working. They were so fast in making our food and Blizzards that the new guy on the register made a mistake and before he had time to correct it the Blizzards were done and sitting there. Instead of throwing them away, or charging us for them, they gave us the extras. We in turn passed the extra to a little boy in line behind us since we still got what we ordered. Food was good, fresh and fast. Employees were nice, energetic and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Very happy we stopped here on our trip passing through, we will be back.

I went through the drive thru for breakfast. The order was taken correctly. The employees were friendly and kind. The service was fast and they didn't mess up my order. The place looked clean. No trash in the parking lot and the trash cans were not over flowing. The food was hot and very delicious. Over all it was a great experience and I will return in the future.

They brought out a sundae for me because my sugar was dropping. Really sweet workers.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen in the area to get breakfast. It's always a short wait for my food and it's always correct, and fresh. The morning staff is very welcoming and I make it part of my routine as often as I can.

I placed an ice cream cake order with little hopes it would look good because it's not a decorating place understood. Also the theme is frogs and mushrooms for a teenage boy so I was afraid it would look super girly and for a small a child. My husband picked the cake and we are all so impressed!! This location did a fantastic job!!! From the lady that took my order and helped me figure everything out so it wouldn't look girly to all those that helped get this cake decorated and put the door on time!!! Kudos to this team 👏

What a great place. This place shines becus of the (General?) Manager who is there during the daytime. He belongs in this position. Most of the employees are nice and courteous. A few are not but no set of employees can be perfect. But the Manager 🤵🏿 is a great one and makes sure you get exactly what you want. Sometimes my orders are complicated and he has no issues making sure to correct it if came out wrong or listen to my explanation on exactly how I want my sundae (brownie batter all over instead of fudge, with extra fudge in a cup.. you should try it.) The staff is quick and responsible to those that go in to order, as sometimes the drive thru line is out into the street. Obviously the food is good. My 1/3 double cheeseburger had a little too much mustard but other than that it was great. Their 7 dollar meal deal is great, upgrade your sundae to a blizzard for only a dollar. But anyhow, the GM needs a promotion as soon as possible. Thanks to y'all over there!

Drive thru slow. Went inside instead. A couple of milkshakes and a dilly bar and we were on the road again.

Had an issue and Xhavier fixed it right away. He was so friendly and apologized a ton. We purposely drive passed DQ on Sylvia to go to this one on exit 90.

I put it like this if i dine somewhere its to get a deal but also to make out on my order in taste and be filled. When Dairy queen expanded their menus years ago it was above cutting edge and in my eyes considered brilliant and could be classified as trendsetting. The food here is phenomenal and cost appropriate and the higher selections dont leave you wishing youd ordered somewhere else they fill you up and give you the thought of why hadnt you been coming their all this time.

I invented my own Sundae, hot fudge, marshmallow and caramel topping with regular peanuts. It is delicious. The staff is always nice no matter which DQ you visit. How could they not be, it's ICE CREAM!!!
