I went for their BUY ONE PAIR BOOTS & GET 2 FREE !!! I ended up with 4 pair & my boyfriend 2 pair !!! They were running low on my size (we were late shoppers🤷‍♀) buT stiLL very happy with what we bought.
6 pair of boots for total of $168.90 ♡♡♡

I would like to add that the older ladies working were not very friendly... but the younger ladies (think college girls) were extremely nice & helpful; so
HUGE THANK YOU TO THEM ALL !!!!!

My mother took me here to shop when I was a child and I still use Penny's to this day. Always a wide selection and they have a good selection of BIG & TALL section. You've heard of slim fast? I'm on slim slow lol, so I can always find the size I need in a T or Polo or nice button up athletic pants or shorts.

I love the JCPenney in Richmond. KY. They have a lot of cute clothes and shoes!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The store is clean and there are plenty of employees to help. I wanted to point out how much I enjoyed the JCPenny Beauty section specifically. They had a wide selection and the employee, Zoe, was so nice and helpful. She showed us everything in the department and let us sample all of the samples. She really was the best and I felt like the knew what she is talking about. Zoe really went above and beyond to make it a great experience.

The staff is so helpful & thoughtful. Always enjoy shopping there.

I love my JCP! I can always find that something special and unique for gifts or a little something for myself. I’ve never once experienced a rude employee. My children always look sharp. I prefer to shop in store, I like to experience shopping outside of the computer screen. I want to touch the merchandise. Hold it up. I want to sample the perfumes, and face creams before I purchase them. They also have a great rewards program. It’s super easy to get that $10 off. I do hate that the rewards expire so quickly but I’m sure that’s not anything the managers at this store can personally change.

I love shopping here. I always find some good deals and stuff.

Very busy store, staff Very patient and quick. My one concern is lack of buggies for shopping, there were none.

Took my aunt to try and resolve a credit card issue. The customer service managet, Lisa, couldn't do anything involving the card but stayed with us after finally getting card services on the phone for my aunt. Lisa even got a stool for my elderly aunt to sit on while on the phone. We were there at least an hour and she made us feel welcome. Didn't get to shop since we needed to get my aunt home but it looked beautiful, organized and clean. Wish we still had a store where we live.

They have good sales and great coupons. I really want to brag on their Big and Tall section for men. They have the biggest selection for every occasion. From work, weekend to dress attire. Most stores have a few things or none, in these sizes. I can walk in and find clothes in Big and Tall Men at any occasion I need to purchase for. And that goes for women's too.

Alot of good sales today. Also got 30 to 50 percent off with a surprise coupon as we went in. I got a 50%. It was good for regular and sale price apparel. The cashier was friendly and several so no real long lines.

I bought my husband a nice wedding band for VDay. Unfortunately it was 2 small. So yes I had to return it for a bigger size. The lady that waited on me was very pleasant an helpful. No issues came to hand with my return. I found him another band with an even exchange. I also treated myself an my daughter with a lovely infinity bracelet for her birthday. An of course I had to have another bracelet. They were on sale an I saved over $300.00. Thank you JCPenney's

Nice store, kept relatively clean and tidy. I do wish they would keep the jeans organized better. I've been looking for a particular size/style for weeks and can never find it. I have to rifle through a heap of mis matched jeans. Anyway I forgot to take any pictures, but there's one from the dressing room. If you're from this area, your only other option is to go to JCP in Lexington. Overall, nice store.

We go to Sephora, about once a month, love the products. All the employees need a tad bit more customer service, and product training. This new bunch of girls isn't it. The absolute only reason I will continue to go is because I do not like the other option, U**a at all.

Bought my son a new pair of school shoes they were in clearance and we both loved them. Win win

This is a nice Penney's with great employees. The aisles have a comfortable spacing so that you can shop without bumping in to everything. The store is clean. I do wish they would get their scanners working again. All in all, a great place to to shop.

I visited this location in July 2019. I was in the area for a wedding and needed some last minute things so decided to check out JC Penney, well I was impressed by the employees' friendliness! I'm from CA and we DO NOT have good customer service honestly. The store was clean and organized, I really enjoyed my shopping experience here.

I had to make a return for something I had ordered online and my associate went above and beyond to help me. She was very friendly and took her time to make sure I got the correct item this time. I am sorry I don't remember her name, but the store needs more workers like her. She was associate #0137 if anyone from the actual store sees this!

Amazing place!! the lady at the jewelry counter Lorainne I think was her name, she was so helpful. My friend bought a beautiful ring she made his purchase so easy we were both impressed.
