Very helpful employees. A wide range of super soft and warm clothes. Varieties of colors to choose from and they have big sales on the merchandise from time to time. I would highly recommend their quality made clothing. Very large fitting rooms as well!

I dropped by to check out if the store had any shirts for hiking that would work out better for me than the Columbia shirt I had purchased from REI. The manager (she) of the store was incredibly helpful and suggested one that did work out better than the Columbia shirt. She had also made some great suggestions for hiking pants that were spot on for me after I had purchased them via online (the store did not carry petite sizes). I would recommend anyone to check out this store if they needed any alternatives to what REI offers. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely drop by.

I had to take in a pair of defective jeans that I had for a couple of years . I got a credit, got two pair of new jeans. With the credit, a sale and a $10 dollar credit, i got $120 worth of merchandise for, $48. We shopped at Eddie Bauer for a long time and like the quality and if needed , return policy

I like this place but everything is getting to be thin materials and expensive, I was going to buy a shirt but they were all wrinkled all of them so I just did not buy anything !
