Lived across the viaduct from here in winter 2016. My cats liked running around here.

This little "park" is leftover space in an awkard intersection. The only amenity is a basketball court in poor condition. I take my dog here to run because there never anyone around. What needs to happen here is to re-shape the dangerous intersection of Liberty and Lexington to be at a 90 degree angle. Or, better yet, remove Liberty entirely, because it is redundant to the nearby intersection of Baxter and Lexington. Use the land vacated by Liberty to enlarge the park and add a playground and picnic pavilion.
