Communication is severely lacking. I emailed in July in regards to my balance because they said they could get me on a payment plan. It is now October and still have not received contact back even though I continuously reach out. So everything I pay goes towards late fees, etc. and my balance only grows never diminishes. This is because they refuse to reach out. They do not proofread and they leave that on you so that you correspond via email on all their mistakes and get charged $45 per email. I would say it is worth it if you don’t have the money upfront, however, in the long run, it will end up costing you more. My attorney was fresh out of college, so I expected some issue But it was OK for me since they appeared to be cheaper, however, had I known how this would play out I would have spent more elsewhere. Guess it’s true you get what you pay for.

Communication is poor..especially on the accounts side..they billed me way much later when they had already concluded there is nothing they could do for my case. Such a waste of money and my time.they prey on desperate people.all lawyers are liars
