Really cool staff. The cashier actually told me where I can go to get a better deal on the item I was trying to get. If that is not service I don't know what is. Got to love honesty!! I still shop at this store for certain items when I am close just for that reason. Great place!

Fast service and great prices ☺Every time I go here I'm in and out within 5 or 10 mins... The customer service is great.. So friendly and efficient. I have been a customer since Deps was on Scott st. The only thing I would change is pricing because a few other stores are like 15-20$ cheaper on cartons of pall mall cigarettes... But other than that I wouldn't change a thing! 😁

One of the best local liquor stores around. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection has a wide variety of quality mid and even some top shelf liquors, always at fair prices, and occasionally I find deals that beat even the larger chain stores. They offer call ahead ordering if you're trying to avoid any indoor locations right now, but they also do a great job of enforcing mask rules and have enough space for proper distancing, so I've never worried about the safety going inside. Parking is easily available, and with the location close to the 71/75 ramps, as well as Madison Ave, it's a convenient location for any Covington area shopper

I love DEP. I hate that I'm moving further away from it because they are one of the best liquor stores I've ever been to. Staff are always helpful, they always ask if you need help, they always try to get you in and out so you're not waiting in a line forever, and they almost always have stock of what I need or have something else I like instead. Good selection and prices too!

I don't buy a great deal of liquor but when I do need it i go there ..the staff is very knowledgeable of what they sell and also keep the lines moving. . And will help anyone load it in their vehicle aka senior citizens or handicap etc... they are actually friendly always upbeat unlike some ky stores period. .
