Didn't have what I needed, but super friendly and helpful none the less.

Great store. Been getting my parts here for years. Nice people and great customer service. Never any issues with honoring the Napa warranty on parts. Just keep your receipt as there's no way for them to look you up by your phone number to track your past purchases.

The guys at this location were very nice helpful. I appreciated their great customer service.

Brad is very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this Napa store.

Gentleman at the counter helped me out alot. Found the tools it needed for exchange and i was able to get a friend back in his way home after an almost deadly accident involving a large log someone had lost and left in the middle of the interstate. If you lose it pick it up people. You could be responsible for saving a life

I have purchased parts and supplies from here many years and usually have the parts I need at reasonable prices. In a great location and easy to get there, can be seen from the main road and easy to see. Friendly employees and very nice. Excellent condition and very clean.

This place is what great, old school, customer service is all about !!.. I had a paint code I was trying to match. Charlie there worked hard to try to get the resources to match it. He had tech support with Napa help, which they couldn't. He called me first thing in the next morning with a follow-up. Yes, they couldn't help me, but I know for a fact he did the best he could, and he will be the first person I'd call if I need help again !.. Wow!.. blown away by the help!!.. If there were more people in companies that had his attitude in helping the customer, we'd live in a much better country.

They were very helpful and curteous didn't have what I needed but will tomorrow morning which is faster than any competitor that I called.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at this store. If you get home and your order is messed up, dont be afraid to go back. They’ll make it right.

Great place to get auto parts. Knowledgable staff. Much more customer oriented than big box auto parts. Also can get parts for antique vehicles that are not offered at other auto parts stores.

When you need that one part and no one carries it, try your local NAPA. They carry parts the other stores don't. At the Jeffersontown NAPA ask for Charlie. He'll take good care of you in quick fashion!
