Best hardware store there is. They have more to offer than any big box store. Best people. Everyday I go to work, I look forward to seeing the sign at the front to see what creative phrase they came up with for the day.

Any hardware-tools you could possibly need. Personal service and stuff you can only imagine. Recommend highly!

Love this place! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Small store service with large box store selection. I have used them several times to service my mower, chainsaws, and even my concrete saw! I have been very happy with the end results. Update: They also rent tools and some heavy machinery (wish I knew that sooner)

Brad and his crew give you what corporate America is trying to eliminate....individual service and support to each individual that comes through the doors. Great selection of quality items at competitive, if not hard to beat prices. Stop by and see for yourself...and enjoy a bag of the popcorn. It's the best tasting and cheapest I know of in the 502

When i walk in here the nostalgia overwhelms me. It smells like a hardware store should smell.
If you can't find it in the big box stores, J-town Hardware has it. They even have help-yourself popcorn!
I've got odd sized window screens and this place fixes them. Want some friendly chit-chat? You can get that here, too. Need advice? Ask.

Very good customer service.

Service is excellent! As soon as you walk in you are greeted and helped. Of course since this is a small local business, they don’t have the inventory one of the bigger home stores has, but they do have a lot! Also, I live down the street and I get to giggle looking at their electronic sign every morning with funny messages- starts my day off nice :)

Wonderful hardware store, I always choose to come here over one of the giant chains if I can. They've got just about all you would need that you'd expect to find at a hardware store, and they all know their stuff, so they're all very helpful if you've got questions for them. Highly recommended for any and all DIYers and handymen/handywomen/handypersons out there.

Fast and friendly service. My wife and I have shopped here since moving to JTown and I love this place. Their selection is varied and quirky, they have things you would not expect to find so it is worth just going to look for yourself

Most recently I rented a dethatcher and bought grass seed. The gentleman that assisted me was great and really knowledgable. I definitely reccomend visiting here over the big box stores.

Their firewood is incredibly inexpensive also and an awesome service to have so close to home, my wife and I love our fires in the fireplace over the winter. I'm on the verge of never shopping at Home Depot or Lowes again if I keep having these great experiences.
