Kaiser Tire and Auto Service impressed me with their efficiency, fitting me in for a mount and balance without an appointment and quickly servicing my car. The waiting area was a comfortable bonus, offering coffee and reading materials for a pleasant experience.

Had a laundry list of maintenance items to get knocked out before vacation (Tires, brakes, rotors, oil, etc..) Unlike past experiences at other shops, Kaiser was able to inspect the vehicle and let me know what else I should be aware of, but not trick or persuade me that it had to be done asap. . I respect the owner's honesty and ethics as it helps for someone like me on a pretty tight budget. What they quoted me was cheaper than other shops around town. Car is back in shape, and confident it is ready for my trip. Thanks!

Highly recommend! The owner Joe is a top notch guy. He's very caring, honest and goes out of his way to take care of the customers. They stand behind their work! Excellent service and excellent work. I'd trust Joe before anyone else and it's nice that it's a local business! Joe will take care of you!

My husband and I have been using Kaiser for well over a year now and we have decided this is the place we will take our vehicles for every service appointment. The owner, Joe, treats you like family the moment you step into the building and it’s unlike any other customer service we have received before. We may live 25 miles from Kaiser but gladly make the trip any chance we need to! The service is THAT good! I appreciate everything they do for us.

Kaiser Tire has always done a great job on everything I’ve had them work on. From tires to anything else your vehicle needs you can count on them to do a great job. Joe and Zeke always make you feel welcome and explain any issues you might have with you car or truck clearly. It’s hard to find a mechanic that you can trust but I’m confident you will have great experience at Kaiser.

Owner seems very focused on customer service. They do work timely and professionally. I have purchased a few sets of tires here, and I will continue. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. Value in my opinion is great.

I walk in and I'm treated like family. Friendly, quick, inexpensive, honest and hard working. I love getting my oil changed here and I trust them if I need any questions answered. My whole family comes here with over 5 cars. I definitely recommend them!

Kaiser always get us in and out with a smile. Their competent knowledgeable employees are efficient yet gentle on our vehicles. They will not perform work that is not needed just to charge you more, like some shops. You can be confident when dropping your vehicle off here for any kind of service.

I live in Indianapolis but travel to Louisville to visit our branch of Best Equipment. On my trip my truck alerted me to a low pressure tire and so in order to get home, I found the closest tire store. I was met by Zeke and he immediately said he would help, and it would take no more than 30 minutes to find and patch a leak. I would have paid anything as I was in a pickle, but he said no charge, he was happy to help. Phenomenal service and customer satisfaction - 5/5. Thanks Zeke and his managers for letting Zeke make great decisions in front of customers. WOW!!

Had a referral to Kaisers for an Alignment! It was fairly priced and he pointed out one other thing that he saw and gave me a fair price on that too. I had already checked around b/c We thought that it might be something else going on with my tire. I will return to have the second half serviced as a result! Appreciated*

Road tripping from Alaska and got a flat tire in Kentucky — we were close to Kaiser Tire so visited there in the hopes they would be able to fit us in. Not only were they able to get us in right away, but they didn’t charge us for patching the tire. We couldn’t be more grateful and for making it a worry-free experience. Highly recommend!

Great place, especially for Tesla owners. Brought my Model 3 in for a tire rotation and they had it done in less than 30 minutes. The staff is knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about tire replacement and tire health. Have a nice small waiting area with wifi snd restrooms. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who needs car care needs.

Honest, they never told me I needed a service that wasn't needed. I took one of our cars in thinking the alternator went bad, they ran test and said it was the alternator was good. They didn't charge me a dime. It was a old battery I replaced before I took it to them. I recommend them to others.

I went in and per Zeke they were pretty busy however they got me out in 30 minutes. They fixed 2 flat tires and they didn't charge me anything. This place deserves as many accolades as possible. Love them!

Went in the day before to schedule four tires. Dropped the car off...no muss, no fuss. In and out, no games or addons. Thank you very much for respecting my time. I've had other work done here since my first review, and the rating stays at 5 stars. They got a bad part from their supplier and didn't blink an eye when some of the work had to be redone.

Traveling thru town in a Class C motor home. Had a low tire. One call and they had me in within 30 minutes. Fix tire in parking lot because rig would not fit in a bay. Fixed inside tire of a duel tire rear. Fast, courteous, polite. Great service and it was free. If i lived here they would have my business. Well done guys.

Kaiser Tire has been my go-to tire shop for several years. Always seems fair and whenever someone asks where to get tires changed, I always tell them about Kaiser Tire!
