I would have my car fixed there again

Took my 1996 truck there and asked if they could give me a price to figure out which fuse I needed for my brake lights and tail lights to work again and the owner agreed to give me an estimate before doing the work so I would know how much because I didn't have the cash. When I got back that evening it was fixed and I was told a few hours later after waiting to get my keys back that it would be 150 and that I could make payments. My keys were not available for four hours until almost 10 p.m. The mechanic Wayne did not apologize for that at all and he broke my plastic panel underneath the steering wheel and did not mention it. I mentioned the broken plastic panel that pulls all the wires out now every time I pop the hood to the owner Gary when I paid my last $50 yestetday for the repair and he said there were a lot of things broke on the truck which was not a responsible reply. I think Wayne should have mentioned breaking the plastic panel and should have apologized for making me wait until almost 10 PM to get my key that were supposed to be in the key holder. The owner is right there are a lot of things broken on my truck but they did figure out which fuse was bad for $150. Overall it was a bad experience no matter what kind of reputation they have they should be polite and fair with all their customers and take responsibility when they do something wrong. I feel ripped off.
