Very clean, bright, and easy to navigate. The staff, from the check-in desk to the doctors and other healthcare providers, have been patient, listened to my issues, asked clarifying questions, and provided excellent care. All of my best VA experiences in the past 14 years have been at this clinic.

I have been in the VA system a long time and wouldn’t trade my doctor for the world. She is absolutely the best I’ve had within the VA. Although at times her nurses are not up to par but that’s ok.
Dr D you are the best and I am blessed to have you as my Primary care DR.

I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment or labs, the doctors and staff are above and beyond nice and knowledgeable. The only issue I’ve had is trying to get ahold of the nurse on the phone, it just says don’t leave a message because I’m retiring and don’t check it. But hopefully after the transition this will change.

First time today and was throughly impressed. The ladies there were thoughtful and professionals. You could smell the kindness in the air 🙂

Clean well staffed friendly kind helpful staff adequate parking

Going to this clinic 1 year now and 6 appointments. Couldn't ask for better!!

Good: inside is clean, the staff understairs are helpful, efficient.
Not so good: The staff upstairs may need more training on greeting patients properly, speeding up their register work; the eye department could be more efficient. We waited more than 40 mi. at last visit. After checking with front desk, it seemed the staff forgot she had a patient waiting outside.

What good is 5 to 7 days for a response?
What good is it if not open weekends?

Rude people
