SHIVELY Post Office

This post office is hard to handle. You will be suprised at how much is management's fault as the mailmen are failing them constantly. They can do with a good hiring process instead of what?

With less than a week until Christmas, my close friend in Canada paid $76 US dollars for expedited parcel, just to send my family's gifts. When it didn't arrive when her tracking number notified her it had arrived, giving exact time and date, I called the Shivley post office. The nicest gentleman answered immediately, helping, to find this package was stolen off of my front porch when delivered at 7:18pm. He was so kind and caring, and told me the process I needed to follow.
I'll probably never get thos important package, but it's nice knowing my local post office will kindly look into things, and show compassion.

First time going to this post office. Was friendly, said hello as soon as I walked in. Not rude at all. Was quick and fast with what I went there for. Said sorry for the mix up. Wouldn't mind going back if I needed.

Not bad honestly, was able to get a package delivered to Rhode Island without any problems.

This is a training route. Sometimes maybe they are training before the delivery process of the delivery. That's my guess. Who is in a hurry for bills anyway.

Mail not delivered for days… then all mail delivered in one day- mail box full ! This has been going on for MONTHS

MY REGULAR MAIL CARRIER has been out sick & my route has just been filled in by other carriers AFTER they complete their own route. I have received my mail after dark- 8 or 9 pm

My carrier leaves mail for my neighbors in my box regularly. I use informed delivery and this week I had a check in my Thursday mail, I didn't get it. I could not call or even email the post office to address this so I drove to Crums lane branch to see what could be done and found out it just "happens" sometimes and there's really no recourse. I've tried to send an email through the email us link on the informed delivery site, its a shell link and you can't actually contact them through email. That made me furious. It's like they make sure that you can't address problems! If I'd been able to email, esteemed decision makers at the usps, I wouldn't have posted this.

The WORST post office location in Louisville, and the staff there are completely rude. I went weeks without a mail delivery, only to then get a PO Box, PAY for a mail forwarder and then my mail was returned to sender and did not get forwarded to my new PO Box.

I am discontinuing my PO Box, and am filing a formal complaint to the Postal Regulatory Commission.

We have a wonderful mail carrier. Everytime we get someone in her spot, we never get our mail. We have mail from two weeks ago that we haven't received. It says on my informed mail what we were getting. Where's my mail? Plus the one guy last week was rude for no reason. Plus nobody ever answers the phone.

I have not received mail since June 9 th
No mail carrier or mail truck has been spotted in this area for weeks. I've made multiple complaints on the website as I was instructed by the phone message on the phone line no one ever answers. Still no results.
I guess in order to receive your mail these days you have to pay a high price for a PO box rental and pay for the high priced has to check it periodically

The male Carrier is puting my mail in someone else's mailbox They are leaving the mailboxes open I am going to go up there and complain This has been going on for a long time

We go days without getting mail delivered and that some straight up bull!!
