Cindy helped me get my phone set. I was moving from cricket to T-Mobile because I got a new phone for christmas. She was awesome! She got me an amazing price to get started and explained everything to me in a way that did not make me feel dumb for not knowing how to use my phone. She made the whole experience easy and made me glad that I switched to T-Mobile

Went in to buy 2 new phones for my kids and my husband who can’t stand bad customer service was amazed by andres’s great and outstanding costumer service. He was able to helps us with the best options for our grandfathered plan since we were considering switching to sprint for better plans but he was able to help our needs. His patience and amazing way of explaining every detail is greatly appreciated . I have recommended family and friends and told them to specifically ask for andres. I hope I spelled his name right again thank you metro and andres!!!! We are very happy with the new phones and the amazing and affordable plan rates!

Cindy was simply amazing. Im having a problem with my service and even though it hasnt been worked out she did her best to help me. I appreciate the time she took in helping ease my troubles unlike Andres who acted like it hurt to help me out. He was extreemly bothered by me and rude

Went in today to add a line to my account and my sales rep Cindy was absolutely amazing she was respectful and kind and answered all my questions with a positive attitude had a smile on her face the whole time and held a conversation the whole time I was there I would say this is the best metro that I have been to in a very long time with amazing customer service I will definitely be back for only this Metro thank you Cindy for all your help that you did today and making my Metro experience amazing

Went in today with my boyfriend since he had a problem with his phone. We were greeted with happy attitudes and smiles by Cindy and Andres(If I spelled his name wrong I apologize!). We were there for a good 15-30minutes maybe and Andres and Cindy were super helpful the entire time. They helped us understand what we needed and we're very patient with us. I definitely recommend talking to them if you need help with your phone 💯😁

I went to Metro yesterday to get an upgrade and the woman named Crystal was of such help to me. Her and the other woman in which I did not get her name had a difficult customer when I walked in but they handled it very professionally while helping me at the same time. They were both wonderful thank you so much ladies.

Jimmy pilant has the Best customer service. He's always very helpful and always has a smile on his face and he fixes issues that come up. I'm a very satisfied customer with him thank you

This location is not very welcoming only because of the drug heads, but other then that this store was great with customer service and getting the products I needed. I was like to mention Sophia because she was very helpful and met all my needs.

Metro PCS has a deal for everybody! Always have amazing promotions running for free phones! If your looking for great coverage and amazing perks there 4 lines for 120 is killing it. This location especially has excellent customer service. Manager on duty is always very attentive and professional.
I was able to obtain amazing phones with killer service at a fraction of what you pay other places!

I came in there for two phones and i had a great experience. Claudia is the one who helped me and she is excellent. I'm assuming she is a manager because of her knowedge, professionalism and drive for guest service. Thank you Claudia.

Excellent customer service at this location. Ray was wonderfully pleasant and super helpful. I got such a great deal with transferring my service here. I even purchased a case for my Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. It wound up having a manufacturers defect and I took it back to exchange today no issues. Would absolutely reccomend this location to anyone looking to get Metro service.

I love the customer service they're they're always so nice. They always do things professionally. And the manager is great. The phone is also incredible it works everywhere. And the prices unbeatable. I suggest this spot to everybody and the phone. Love the service.
