Holiday Inn Express Lexington-SW (Nicholasville), an IHG Hotel

I have stayed at a couple of IHG hotels and this is the best one yet that I’ve stayed at! Room was very nice and clean, so was the rest of the hotel. The front desk receptionist Bobby was extremely polite and nice to my boyfriend and I. He made sure we were comfortable and made sure we were set. Rest of the staff I came across was also extremely nice, just didn’t get their names or else I would’ve included them. The breakfast was great! The pool was real nice, it was perfect temp. I really enjoyed my stay here, this is an amazing hotel!

best room is the king suite huge very nice pool very clean staff is very friendly been staying here for work relocation and been back and forth between Texas and Kentucky and i never have a problem in either of the holiday inns all of them are great.

The front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is under construction right now, they are still able to put things together for guests (breakfast, pool use, ect). Rooms were clean and the location was great.

Five stars for great service! Staff was so pleasant and professional and always seemed to be at your service for what ever you need. One staff member stood out, her name was Kim, she was in the morning, always had a smile and was super helpful. Just really great customer service and an asset to this business. We will definitely stay here again. Clean rooms and the breakfast was awesome. Love the pancake machine, so cool I want one in my house. Once you learn the parking lot entrance, it was a great stay!

I had Jessica with my stay and she is so polite and helpful! I am absolutely astonished with how great the hotel and staff are! It’s very clean and everyone is so sweet! I would recommend this to anyone!

There has got to be a better way to get there but so thankful they were there. Everything about the stay was pleasant.

The room was super clean and the beds are beyond comfortable. Very pleased with everything and the breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've seen. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

Clean room, kept up hotel, some work in progress 1st floor. Excellent breakfast service conscientious employees. Pool was comfortably warm.

My husband and I just stayed there the weekend of Aug 15th, 2022 for a wedding. I wanted to make sure I recognized Amy that worked the front desk, she was amazing, had a wonderful personality and went above and beyond for me when the laundry room was out of detergent when I needed to wash my dress for the wedding. She was wonderful!!!! The hotel was nice and the beds slept comfortably. If you see this Amy, thank you!

Great stay!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, yay to the large juice cups 😊 Our room was clean and in order thanks to Chelsie. ⭐⭐ We come through Nicholasville a couple of times a year and we will be staying here again. I almost forgot, LOVED your Christmas decorations 🌲🎅

Great service- everyday! Breakfast bar was Amazing- loved the cinnamon rolls - biscuits and gravy - egg white veggie omelets!

During a recent vacation, this was one of four hotels we stayed at and by far our favorite! Holly at the front desk was knowledgeably, helpful and very friendly. She greeted us with a smile and a hello every time we came or left! Rooms were clean, maids quiet in the am and breakfast buffet was good!

What a great hotel! The staff exemplifies true southern charm from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The TV channel selection is the best I've ever come across. You are close to enough restaurants you can walk from the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was incredibly clean with extra amenities I didn't expect, and the staff were readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Our room was clean, bed were comfortable,front desk was nice, helpful. boys loved the pool just wish it didnt close at 10pm. Overall it great stay. Will stay again.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff who go above and beyond. The pool was a great place for the kids to play with cousins, the breakfast was great and all the managers were extremely courteous and went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely be back when we’re in this part of town.

I Enjoyed my stay recently at this nice hotel. It was clean and smelled fresh . The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was spacious and smelled really good . My family and i would definitely be staying at this location again .

Location is close to the highway and an easy drive to and from the airport. If you are in town for training I recommend staying at this location. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and the continental breakfast is better here than at other hotels I have stayed at. They are military friendly here!

Clean, ideally located and kid friendly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend for overnight visitors, especially if you have limited space at your home. Non- guests can purchase breakfast buffet and join family who are hotel guests making their visit less stressful and more enjoyable.
